CATCHIN UP

When I saw Mali I bloody thought she was a ghost!

And when she started to sing our song we made back in primary I knew it was her. I can't believe she came all the way from Australia to see me

Her mom, Ella looked so much older. In a good way. I hugged her and she just laughed while I squealed

And of course where ever she goes her twin brother Luke follows. He was all grown up now the last time I saw him he was twelve and now he's fifteen and muscular too

When I saw him I hugged him like there was no tomorrow

It felt great not being the only person in the house with an accent

I asked Mali and Luke if they'd like to join me, Xavier, Zander, Hunter, Max, Mason and Sidney at the fundraiser today. They said yes

We all stayed in the kitchen with Mason and Sid after they arrived and we began the planning

Mali and her brother generously pitched in. We huddle around the dinning table made a time schedule. Sid insisted

SCHEDULE 4 FUNDRAISER:
10:00 - 01:00= play loud music

10:00 - 01:00= kissing booth

10:00 - 01:00= sell jello shots

10:00 - 02:00= do car wash

01:00 - 03:00 = collecting of donations

02:00 - 04:00 = thanking of audience and others

"Wait, Woah, who made the jello shots?" I ask, looking at the list

"I did" I looked back and saw Rob smiling over the counter top

"Really?" I ask shocked

"Yeah. I'd do anything for you kids plus I love jello shots" he chuckled

I looked at mom then back at him totally. Suprised

"So you guys approve selling alcohol?" Zander asked

Yes. But you better not take any of it. You're too young" mom said, directed at mostly me

"Sure thing mom. It's not like I've had it before" I laughed, lying through my perfect teeth

I turned back to the group

"It's pretty hot out so you better wear something loose and breezy, okay. Everyone keep your phone's on in case there's an emergency and do not, under any circumstance get drunk" I said the last part was a whisper

"But I don't have any of your numbers" Mali said

"I'll give it to you" I grinned, she smiled

"Does anyone have any questions?" I ask them

"Yes, actually" Xavier said

"What is it"

"You do know if people get drunk then they loose control right. Maybe even start a fight" he said

I guess I haven't thought about that

"God's thing I have you guys" I said, looking at all the boys

"Keep a close eyes on any suspicious and dangerous activities then stop them. Easy peasy" I said

"Okay"

"Sure"

"Cool"

"Yes ma'am"

"Alright"

"M'kay"

The six boys said

"Goodie. Let's start heading out" I said heading towards the front door

"You do know you're still in your pm, Freya" Mali chuckled, Immediately turned around and headed up the stairs

"Right after I take a shower"

They laughed as I jogged upstairs
