Eleven : Another Meeting

Niall :

I get home very stressed. My parents were still out sightseeing. I wonder what Callie is doing today? I should text her later, then again though what would I say? Oh great I have another meeting in like an hour with Kelly too. How could this happen to me? I didn't love Jennifer but Callie. What would I tell tell Callie? How would I tell her? When? She might even think I'm lying considering I never even brought up Jennifer once. Would she believe me? Be happy for me? Hurt? I'm so stressed I just need a moment to stop and breathe.

Before I know it I'm leaving to go to another meeting. Hopefully it wouldn't be as stressful or threatening as the last one. I get in my car and drive.

I get there and I'm 5 minutes early. I text my parents saying I have a surprise when I get home. I'm bound to tell them at what point about this relationship. It'll be hard because my mom knows I love Callie. I walk in and go to the room and see that Jennifer isn't here yet. Well she's got 3 minutes. I sit and introduce myself to Kelly and decide to be nice. Might as well be on her good side if she's running this relationship. Soon enough Jennifer walks through the door right on time.

"Well hello I'm Kelly. You're right on time Jennifer. Please try to come a little earlier." Kelly said is shaking her hand. Jennifer seemed a little annoyed.

"It's nice to meet you Kelly. It won't happen again." Jennifer gave her a fake smile. Her smile is just as fake as this relationship.

"So yes I'm Kelly and I'm in charge here. No it was not my idea to have you two start dating, that was your own managers ideas. I'm just here hired to help do the job. So here's how this relationship is going to go so listen close and pay attention. I will text you everything that will go on in this relationship. Your dates, what you post, what to caption it, what to wear, just consider me your little conscious for this whole thing. Anyone doubting your relationship come straight to me and I'll give them a story they for sure will believe. Now the story of how you two met! You need to know this, it is crucial. Do not forget it and live by it and tell everyone the same story. You two met in America while you were there. You met in a little coffe shop and exchanged numbers. You became friends. However you lost connection. Now suddenly Niall you came to find out that her number was changed and these past two weeks you finally got it and have been catching up secretly. Now today you officially told everyone you are friends." She said explaining and referring to our tweets. I didn't like this whole relationship but I sure did like her. She knew what she was doing and was straight up with the details. I liked Kelly.

"Questions so far?" Kelly asks.

"When do we tell the public and everyone we're friends with that we're dating?" I ask.

"Good question Niall. You will tell them this week. I'll text you the day and you'll be going on a date that day as well. As for your family and friends tell them tomorrow for all I care. Just make sure they believe it, if they don't come to me. Tell them you just started dating two days ago and how amazing the other person is. Say that you both really wanted to start dating because you loved the chemistry between the two of you and just wanted to make it official." Kelly tells me. What "chemistry" is she even talking about? Hopefully everyone would just buy it.

"As for the holidays coming up Jennifer you're going to Niall's family side for Christmas and will meet all of his family. So Niall tell your parents about her soon and also Niall I hear you're having a New Year's party, invite Jennifer as your date. Expect to hear from me again and many many text messages. They'll be a group conversation between the two of you and me. As you already know don't do anything foolish during this relationship that is apparently 3 months? Questions?" Kelly says.

"No." Jennifer and I say at once.

"Good. Any problems come to me for anything. I've seen this before, it's my job. Honestly become friends and it'll make this job and 3 months go by a whole lot faster. I've seen some cases where the couple hates each other and are stuck for each other for a year. Be thankful. For all you know you guys could fall for each other." Kelly says laughing. Yeah, NO. I'd never like Jennifer like that.

"You're free to go. Expect a text from me soon. Also Niall I hear your family is in town. I'd say you take out your family and friends to lunch and introduce your girlfriend." Kelly suggests. She's right might as well do it tomorrow.

Jennifer walks out and I stay sitting. Kelly notices and taps my shoulder. That was one fast meeting full of information.

"Niall didn't you hear me? You're free to go." Kelly said.

"I know. I just can't do this relationship and I can't wrap my head around it. It's hard. No one understands, I love someone else and now she might never know. Everyone I'm close to knows I love her. My family and my friends all know! How am I supposed to tell them I'm dating someone else now? How do I even tell the girl I love I'm dating someone else?" I sigh looking down in my lap. What am I going to do?

"I understand Niall, I'm sorry. Just tell them you had to move on and it's been too long because you felt like she didn't love you back. As for the girl tell her in person because she's not gonna want to hear it from someone else, but from you. Just don't talk about the relationship all that much with her and hang out with her often. Look if you ever need anything come to me okay?" Kelly said giving me a hug. Kelly was such a nice woman.

"Thank you Kelly." I say embracing her in the hug she's given me.

I get up to leave so now tomorrow I have to tell my parents, best friends, and the girl I love I'm dating this girl. Great, I'm going to need all the luck I can get.
