Ten : The Early Meeting With Management

Niall :

I get up early and get ready for my meeting with management. I went in the kitchen careful not to wake my parents and let the sleep in. I make some tea then get changed. I check the time 10:20 am. I am not about to get yelled at by John just because I was a minute late. Better be early than late with him. I get ready then head out with my car. I text my parents saying they can use my other car when sightseeing today. As I drive there I start to get annoyed with this whole meeting. Why should I have a meeting when I'm on a break? I soon get there and check the time 10:50 am. Perfect. I get out of the car and walk into the studio then into the elevator up to John's office. I walk into his office and see him sitting by his desk with some girl in one of the chairs. Who is this? Why is she here?

"Have a seat Niall." John says to me. What is happening. I obey and sit in a chair.

"Who is this?" I say looking at the girl.

"This is Jennifer Andrews. She's a new model. She's trying to get her name more out there. She's modeled here and there. You like?" John says smiling. Uhm no I do not like, I love Callie. This girl was pretty, she had blonde hair, skinny, the 'perfect body' type, she had lots of makeup on, and she was wearing a sweater with jeans, high sweater socks, and boots. She was your typical model but not my type. Something about her I didn't like, she was giving me some bad vibes.

"She seems nice but why is she here? What about our meeting?" I say still so confused.

"The meeting includes Jennifer as well. Fine. I will not get into full detail but you need a girlfriend. The media isn't liking the whole Niall single look. You've been single for too long Niall. We've set you up with someone and you'll start dating soon. Only for the most 5 months. Only to make it look like you can be in a relationship." He said finally looking at me. Was he really serious right now? Like I'd ever do that! I was about to punch him right then and there.

"You can't make me date someone I don't care about! I love someone else! Why can't I just date her!" I say getting angry.

"If you're talking about Callie, that's a big no. She's just seen as 'Niall's best friend' then it's going to turn into 'Niall's girlfriend' no I won't allow it for publicity reasons. This girl is starting out as a model so it'll make you and her both look good. More people will like her and offer her more modeling jobs and for you it'll show the media you are cable of being in a relationship!" He says acting like he's talking to a 5 year old. John has crossed the line. Does he really think I'd do this? No I would not.

"You can't make me date someone, even under contract. That's not right. If you wanted me to be in a relationship then it should be with Callie and not forced through you guys. I'm not doing this. Don't make me." I say standing my ground getting furious.

"Too bad Niall. You're dating Jennifer whether you like it or not. Don't do it? Fine, but there's major consequences waiting to happen if you don't."He said smiling evilly. How did this all happen so fast?

"Oh yeah like what John? Really what can you do?! I'm on a 18 month break!" I yell. I am not giving into this. Not ever, but Jennifer however seemed to be loving every minute of this. She obviously wanted this relationship, well too bad because i love someone else. She just wants to date me for her stupid modeling career, that's so not right. Doesn't she love anyone?

"Oh yeah you really want to test me? You say no to this relationship and I will cut off ANY type of communication between you and Callie. You will not talk to her ever again. No texting, calling, talking, hanging out, and simply just looking at her. You will not be anywhere near her! You will not ever talk to her or see her again if you say no to this relationship. Bye bye Callie, which is honestly fine with me because I never liked her." John said smiling now.
