Seventeen : Studying & Shocking Tweets

A/N : enjoy ! it's more of a filler chapter with Callie and I just made up Twitter names for this chapter !

Callie :

Tomorrow I have my first exam and I'm flipping out. Niall's out with Jennifer and they just announced to the public they were dating. I still need to actually meet this girl. I go on my phone and reread the tweet again.

I wish I was lucky enough to call him my boyfriend. They both attached pictures of them together. Niall posted one of him kissing her cheek and them being all smiley. Jennifer posted one of just Niall looking cute as ever. I don't follow her on Twitter but he favorited it so I just so happened to see it. He told me he was going on a date today and he was telling the public and I just pretended to be happy for him, luckily I can act a little bit.

As for the fans not many people shipped it. They were saying "ITS A BREAK. WHEN WILL GET OURS." or "I thought Niall was the least problematic" or "Why would Niall be dating her, whatever happened to the single Niall we love?!" I was just reading through the comments. Not many people supported them but a lot sounded like "If he's happy we should be too" HA sounds like what I'm trying to live by. I scrolled through the new Twitter trend which was #ohnoniall. One tweet caught my eye though.

@/lovelyhoran: anyone else thinking what about Niall and Callie ?? cause me too !1! I've been wanting them to date so bad since the X-Factor days! the real #ohnoniall mistake

No way. I'm shocked, sure people knew about me, but I didn't know that's what fans thought of Niall and I's friendship and that it could be something more. People wanted Niall and I together?! People thought we would be cute as a couple?! This tweet had tons of retweets and favorites, even comments. I started to read some of the comments:

@/horanbabe: RIGHT!! IT MAKES ME SO MAD LIKE WHO'S THIS JENNIFER CHICK AND WHERE IS CALLIE ??

@/harrystattoos: I agree! They've been best friends for so long and Niall would treat her right and they're goals!

@/limabeanpayne: truuuu, I've never seen a tweet that summed it up so well.

I just kept reading a ton of comments like this. Did that many people want Niall and I together? It felt nice to know that people wanted us together, too bad Niall didn't feel that way. I wasn't going to tell Niall though cause that's awkward but I wonder did he know about this too? I shake it off and decided to study again.

After studying for many hours, Niall was still gone. Surprise surprise. I finished studying feeling confident about my exam tomorrow and decided to eat something. I made Mac n Cheese and sugar cookies. After eating I checked the time 8:49 pm. I shower and got ready for sleep but then study some more. It's a little past ten and still no sign of Niall. I decided to just go to sleep.

Niall :

Well this date didn't turn out as bad as I thought it would. It was just boring. All we did was go to some art museum and a late dinner. I was driving home now because I had to drop of Jennifer who lived like an hour away from the place. It's already past 9 and I still wasn't home, but I should be home in 30 minutes.

After finally getting home at like 10:30 pm I sneak into Callie's room to see she's asleep. I wish I got to spend more time with her today. I was out the whole day and I'd be out again tomorrow morning and the whole day the day after that. It's not really best friend bonding after all. I sigh out loud and maybe a little too loud because Callie starts to stir in her sleep. I slowly leave the room and take a shower and get ready for bed. I slowly get into Callie's bed and cuddle her close to me hoping the nightmares don't come back and she gets some well deserved sleep for her exam tomorrow. I'd be there when she wakes up tomorrow.
