∆ CHAPTER 3 ∆

~Percy's POV~

I'm done. I did it. I saved Olympus, the campers, and most importantly Annabeth.

My heart broke as I saw her expression when I closed the doors.
I flinched when she gave me a look of those panicy and broken eyes.

It took the rest of my strength to close the damn doors so I just sat there, my back against the door.

I heard so many sobs and shouting from the other side that I forced my weakself to a cave in Tarturus.

I teared up thinking about Annabeth and her sobs that I heard. What I couldn't get out of my head was Nico.

Hopefully nobody hates him for what I forced him to do. You wanna know what I forced him to do? Here you go:

*FLASH BACK*

I was asleep in Tarturus with Annabeth at my side watching over me. For days, me and Annabeth have been trying to connect to someone in our dreams but it seemed as if Tarturus wouldn't allow that.

Finally that night I was able to connect to Nico.

In the dream, I was in a dark room when suddenly I heard a shout,

"Percy?!"

I flinched and replied in a tired, raspy voice,

"Heyy. Finally got to connect to someone."

Finally light filled the room and revealed a too-skinny pale boy with long dark hair and eyes. I grinned and looked at him.

He gave me a sad look.

"Percy? Why- nevermind. Where are you? Are you okay?"

I gave him a smirk that pained me and shouted,
