I laughed like an excited child, I've never had a piggyback ride before! Ever! This was really fun and I definitely think Peter was enjoying himself too!

After he stopped running, he kept on walking with me on his back for about another hour.
"Okay Mary, get off!" He laughed.
"I didn't think you'd be strong enough carry me that long!" I smiled. He smiled back. It had been a while since I smiled like this. Earlier today I punched him in the nose, I never thought we'd be having this much fun after that let alone still be with eachother at all.
About ten minutes later of us walking, talking and enjoying eachothers company, we went to turn a corner and I herd someone shout Peters name.
"PETER WAIT UP!!!" A boy ran over to us but he hadn't noticed I was there until he finally caught up. He looked about my age, maybe a little older. He had grayish, green and brown eyes and light brown hair. He was slim and taller then me by a few inches.
He smiled, it was a lovely smile."Peter! Where the heck have you been? I've been looking everywhere for you!" He said. He still hadn't noticed me.
"How long are we staying before we go back to..." He stopped. He was looking down at me. "I... I'm..." He started but couldn't finnish.
"This is Danny" Peter said as he smiled at the boy.
"I hope you don't mind me asking, but why are you looking at me as if this is the first tine you've seen another person?" I said. I raised an eyebrow.
He was obviously very shy, I didn't mean to make him uncomfortable but I laughed a bit when I did.
"I'm sorry. My names Mary.""No no, I'm just not used to meeting new people. Sorry." He looked down at the ground.
"Don't feel bad Dan! What were you saying?" Peter smiled at his friend.
"Oh sorry! I just wanted to know when we were getting back to.... home?"
Then Peter got an unsure look on his face.
"Mary could you give us a moment?" Then I left, I could still see them but I wasnt able to make out what they were saying to eachother. I just knew they were talking about me. They kept looking back at eachother, then at me, then back at eachother."Mary you can come back now! Sorry that took so long" Peter shouted.
I walked back, unsure. Realizing how little I knew about these people. I'd only met them today. They seemed harmless, but they were keeping something from me. "I need to start asking more questions.."
I thought to myself.I started humming as I walked back toward them. "What's up?" I asked.
"Its getting really late, we should find a place to stay for the night hmm? Mary do you mind staying with us? I mean... I don't want you sleeping on a park bench anymore." Peter said, it was kind he offered."Where would we stay? Would I go home with you guys or...? I stopped.
"We don't live around here." Peter explained "Lets find a hotel."
