January 4th.
Tyler's POV

Jamie had forced me to go with him to this event welcoming a new CEO to some important company who sponsored our team in some way.
We got there and ate dinner and then everyone started to mingle. We walked around talking to people I saw someone I recognized.

"Hey Jamie, isn't that Sarah?"
He looked over at who I was looking at
"I think so but I don't know what she's doing here isn't she new here or something?"
"Yeah she is, common lets talk to her"

We walked over so we where standing behind her, it looked like she was looking for someone.

"Hello Sweden" I said with a smile and Jamie chuckled.
She turned around and smiled when she saw us.

"Hi guys, what are you doing here?"
"Captain stuff, what about you?" Jamie said
"This whole thing is to welcome my dad to the company and to Dallas." She sighed
"Wait? Your dad is the new CEO?" I asked
"Yep, can you help me look for Daniel I kinda lost him..." She laughed

We agreed and started looking after a few minutes Jamie saw him.

"There, it looked like he is with some important woman." He said as we walked over.

"Hi, where did you go?" She asked her brother

"To join mum" he answered casually

The important woman was her mother. She was beautiful, you could really tell where Sarah got her looks.

Sarah's POV

I heard Tyler fake-coughed behind me and I took a step aside and then turned to her mother and now also dad who had come to joins his family.

"Mom dad this is Tyler Seguin and Jamie Benn from the Dallas Stars" she said and we shook both of their hands.
"Marie"
"Chris"

"Congratulations to the promotion" I said to her dad and I got a smile and a nod back.

"I need to go and talk to some people but I will be back in an hour and we'll leave okey?" dad said

"No." I said back. I was tired to be walking around with people I didn't know and talk about things I didn't care about.

"What do you mean no?" - Dad
"I want to leave now." - Me
"I guess I can call a cab for you.." - Dad

"I can drive you, Jamie and I where about to leave in a few minutes anyways" Tyler said and I smiled to the nice gesture but my dad didn't look so sure...

"Common dad, please let me leave. I'll stay another time." I said and did my famous puppy eyes, the ones he never in my 21 years on this earth said no to.

"Okey, but you'll drive my baby girl home safely." Dad said
"Absolutely sir" Tyler said and I couldn't hold my laugh in when he called my dad sir.
It was a new thing for me because no one does it in Sweden.

Tyler, Jamie and I started to walk out of the building we where in to a garage.
When I saw the blinking of him unlocking the car I smiled and yelled "SHOTGUN!"
"No fair!" Jamie whined and Tyler started laughing.
When we got to the car Tyler walked to the drivers side and Jamie and I to the other. He even opened the door for me.
I told Tyler my address and he typed it in on the gps and started driving out from the garage.

"Boys, tell me more about yourselves." I said happy to be out of that boring party.

"What do you want to know?" - Tyler
"Birthdays, favorite color, family for example"
"January 31st , blue, mom, dad, two younger sisters age 17 and 18. Own two dogs named Marshall and Cash" - Tyler
"July 18th, red, mum, dad, a brother and sister and no dogs" - Jamie
