Natsu x Reader - Soccer Boy

Sorry that there wasn't an update last week. I was really busy with my family that came over. I thought that I would have time but apparently entertaining an eight year old is very time consuming and exhausting. But I hope you enjoy this! You quietly walk down the hallway of Fairy Tail High, maneuvering your way to your next class. You're a very small person, maybe just making five feet and walking through a crowded hallway filled with big people, it's a struggle. Just when you were about to turn into another hallway, someone pushed you, causing you to be pulled into the current of people going the opposite direction you are.

Just when you thought all hope was futile and you're going to be late for class again, you felt warm and strong hands grab you waist. You shrieked at the contact and felt yourself being lifted. Next thing you knew, you were being carried on someone's shoulder, high above everyone else.

You grew agitated, you hated being carried or being thought of as weak. You turned your head around to see who was caring you and was met with a head of pink. Natsu was caring you.......your crush since the beginning of middle school.

Your face became as red as Erza's hair. This was so embarrassing! "Natsu put me down!!" You yelled and started punching (very very weak punches) his back. "Do you really want me to put you down and be late for class, (y/n)?" Natsu asked, looking at you. You pouted at his comment and shook you head. A very cute pout in Natsu's eyes.

"Anyways it's fun caring you!" Natsu beamed and gave you his signature grin before he dashed towards the classroom you both had. Once he made it there he stepped in, thank god the teacher wasn't there yet.

"We're here!" Natsu shouted proudly, making everyone in the class laugh.  "Uh...Natsu? You can put me down now." You said, slightly red from embarrassment.

"That wouldn't be fun at all!" Natsu said before running around the classroom, holding a screaming you on his shoulder.

"Natsu!" You yelled but he didn't stop. "Lucy help me..." You say sadly with a pout making Natsu's heart flutter. "Where's Erza when you need her?" Lucy asked to herself before she ran after the laughing Natsu.

"Flame Brain! Shut up!" Gray yelled from his seat, his girlfriend Juvia next to him.

"What'd you call me Ice Princess?!" Natsu yelled back. "Flame Brain, retard."

"You want to fight?!?"

"If you're going to fight, at least put me down!" You yell at the arguing boys. A normal start to a normal day.

-Time Skip To Lunch-

You buy your lunch and walk over to your usual table. Consisting of Lucy, Natsu, Gray, Erza, Wendy, Cana, Lisanna, Mira, Elfman, Juvia, Loke, Gajeel and Levy. Sometimes Jellal but that's rare. You look at the table, it's filled except for two seats, one next to Natsu and Gray and the other next to Erza on the end.

Not wanting to sit next to your crush and act like an idiot, as you usually do, you make you way to Erza. "(Y/n) sit next to me!" Natsu yells and you freeze. You slowly turn around and think of excuse, "I don't really want to be in the middle of you and Gray when you're fighting." You give a small smile to make it sound believable and turn around to walk to Erza.

"But I don't want to sit next to Elsa here. Pleaseeee sit in between us." Natsu asked with a pout, making your heart drop to your stomach and a blush creep to you cheeks. You shake your head to him and sit down next to Erza.

Natsu annoyed with your response, gets up from his seat and walks over to you. Wrapping his arms around your waist, he easily picks you up and walks back to his seat. He sits you down then moves your lunch over to where you're sitting now. Natsu sits down next to you and gives you his signature smile.
