I was on my way to Astrid's house when I heard my phone ring.
Suprisingly it was her calling me. I answered and was greeted by her sweet voice.
"Hey, are you coming to visit me?" She asked.
"Yeah I will. Just came back from the mall. I'm walking to your house right now" I say, and the line went dead.
Astrid has been home from the hospital since yesterday. She has a moon boot on her leg, and a few scratches, bruises, scars, and stiches, but she looked beautiful as ever.
She opened the door, and she was in her jean shorts, and a crop top showing off her bellyring.
I smiled, and walked in.
"How are you doing?" She asked me and I smiled.
"I should be asking you that question" I say and she laughes.
"Well if you must know, I'm great" She says, but when she tried to walk she winced everytime.
I walked closer and scooped her up in my arms, and she gasped in surprise.
She looked into my eyes, and when I did the same, I froze in my tracks.
She had the most beautiful eyes, and those lips...and when she licked her lips.... God...how I wanted to kiss her.
I wondered what she thought of me.
ASTRID.
He picked me up, and when our eyes met he froze.
We just stared at each other, and after about a minute he glanced at my lips, and that made me lick my lips, since they felt dry all of a sudden.
His jaw seemed to clench and he looked back at my eyes.
He started to lean in closer, and rested his forehead on mine.
"Can I kiss you?" He asked.
"Yes" I whispered and with that he pulled me closer, and our lips brushed.
And then the phone rang. He pulled away, and carried me to the bar stool and sat me down.
I picked up the phone and gave him a apologetic smile.
"Hello?" I ask and I here Sarah's voice.
"Hey girl. We're coming over. I just gotta grab Jane and the Pizza then I'm there" She said, and I sighed.
"Ok see you then" And I hung up.
"You gonna have company?" I hear Kai ask and I look at him with eyes full of apology.
"I'm so sorry. I didn't know they were coming until know" I say, and he gave me a small smile.
"Well, now we get to finnish this next time" He said, and then he waved goodbye and gave me a wink, and was out the door.
What the fuck just happened?!
