My Summer with the Friars: rucas EDITING

The Kiss....

Lucas PoV:
I sat on the couch with Josh, Nathan, kacey, Zay,jenn,mom and dad. Waiting for Riley and avery.
Josh turned and whispered to me
J:you have till the end of the night.
I heard footsteps coming down stars and turned round to see avery when she moved I saw Riley a short black dress (picture above) which she looked amazing in like out of this world I can't hide my feelings in any more it's just difficult, plus she's only here until the end of the summer, so what's the point.
L: wow Riley, you look good.
R: oh, thanks.
K: let's get this thing over with.

I stop staring and walk to the door. The car contained me and Riley in the back avery and Nathan in the middle,and mom and dad in the front, dad driving of corse. By the way Josh and kacey went in a car with their 'dates'. When we got to the Italian restaurant. Every one sat down on their chairs.
L: you look great Riley
R: thanks you do two
Riley gets her phone out and texts someone then says she is going to the bathroom
Riley's PoV:
I text avery to meet me at the bathroom
Once I get in there avery comes a minute later.
A: what's up?
R: Lucas is complementing me and I don't know what to do because I like him but he went out with Maya and it's against the best friend pledge to never go out with their ex, and I know he doesn't feel the same way please help me I'm a mess.
A: Riley he likes you can't you tell he literally couldn't stop looking at you in this dress I mean seriously. Also just keep it cool because word has it he has till midnight or he'll loose you. By that I mean Josh will get one of his friends to be sups close to you and make him so jealous. Plus Maya wouldn't care as long as your happy.
R: thanks, I just don't want him to be pressured into saying he has feelings for me when he might not. Well I better get back.
A: yeah I'll leave too
I walk back to mine and Lucas's table and we order our food we talked and talked.
L: Riley I know it sounds wired but we've finished school and I was wondering what your going to do.
R: I never really thought about it but I guess maybe a teacher or an actress how about you.
L: I would like to be a veterinarian

Lucas's PoV:
I text Josh to go to the bathroom
I leave Riley and go straight there
J: you have to do something and we both know you will soon loose her.
L:I've loved today,i mean when she eats spaghetti she looks really cute trying not to make a mess, but she does.
J: please don't make a mess of this.

Riley falls asleep on my shoulder and I found it so cute. Before we get home I put her head on the window.  Then Avery wakes Riley up.
L: Riley I'm gonna be sleeping in Josh's room tonight, because we are having a guy talk and play video games until our eyes bleed.
R: ok then
I'm off to bed now any way
(Josh's room)
J: man what did I say.
L: I have a plan
N: just trust him Josh

Riley's PoV:
I finally got to sleep when Lucas comes in shouting my name
L: Riley I need something
R: well you took everything so I don't possibly know what you will ne
L: Riley I need you
R: do you want me to drive you any where do you need help
L: I need you do do this
I was about to say something when Lucas crashed his lips into mine. I kissed him back it lasted for about a minute then I stopped grabbed my hoodie and slippers and went to the beach....
