                       Maya's P.o.v

I was sitting in my living room sitting in between Lucas' legs, my back to his chest and his arms wrapped around me and I was playing with his fingers. Josh, Layla, my mom, and Farkle were here also and we were all just...together, and having a good time. It made me happy.

''So, you're saying John Stamos was funnier than Dave Coulier on Full House?" My mom laughs staring at Josh. He  chuckles throwing his hands up,'' Well yeah, I mean--''

''You're only saying that cause he had and has good hair!'' Farkle interjects and we all laugh.

''I miss Auggie.'' My mom murmurs,'' He'd be telling us to shut up.''

I giggle and Lucas laughs causing his chest to rise on my back making me move with him.

''I miss Corey and Topanga.'' Layla laughs,' 'Him and Topanga's relationship remind me of what me and my husband used to have, or...almost had.''

''There's no one else like Corey and Topanga.'' I whisper dreamily,'' Two people together that long since they were that young...it's unreal.'' I explain, my fingers tightening around Lucas' hands.

''We'll make it.'' He whispers, kissing my hair.

''...Now there's true love.'' My mom gushes with a grin on her face.

''Tell me about it.'' I gush and blush, laying back on him, connecting our lips.

''God, I love you.'' He whispers against my lips.

''I guess opposites attract.'' Josh shrugs.

''Good.'' I murmur.

Farkle all of a sudden jumps up onto the couch where Lucas and I were sitting and grins,'' Can I brush your hair?''

Lucas growls,'' What the heck? Why do you wanna brush her hair? Maya, that isn't normal, he wants to brush your hair.''

''Lucas, it's okay,'' I laugh,'' He used to do it when we were kids. He apparently likes the way it look like gold and feels like silk.'' I shake  my head,'' I don't know.''

I reach onto the table grabbing a brush and handing it to him. ''Go ahead, buddy.''

''Gosh, I love you.'' Farkle squeals getting closer and brushing my hair.

''I love you too.'' I giggle.

''Stop.'' Lucas whines watching us and then taking my hand in his before looking at farkle,'' Keep your distance...buddy.''

Farkle shakes his head vigorously and I laugh shaking my head.

All of a sudden someone knocks on the door.

''I'll get it!'' I say and stand up, but I couldn't help but wonder who it could it be.

When I reach the door, everyone in the room was staring and as soon as I opened the door, the face there made me take a step back as I breathed my words.

''Riley...?''

She smiles at me,'' Hi maya!'' She jumps in and hugs me tight and I wrap my arms around her before laughing nervously,'' W-what're you doing here?"

She pulls back, still not noticing everybody.

''I know I should've called, I just missed my best friend. Being away for almost 3 months from your peaches leaves a big hole in your heart...'' She tells me with a sad smile and I smile back, a real one. I've missed her so much.
