Mel's pov// the paper then said... Go to the carnival at the park downtown. I showed the price of paper to jae with a side smirk because the park is closed on weekdays. Jae then did a frowny face and and threw me a red bandana and told me to use it as a blindfold. "Why?" I ask while u put it on and laugh. " you'll see. It's a surprise." He said and had a rebelish smile. "Okay," I say and put it on.

Jaes pov// ha you're probably wondering what the other surprise is. Well I'm taking her to the park/carnival. Ik ik what ur probably thinking, it's closed. So. Well sneak in. Besides the owner is my dad's brother's best friend. Ring. "Who is it?" Asked Mel. "Nothing important"I said. Then I turned the radio and her jam came up which was can't keep my hands to myself by selena gomez. She started humming while twirling her hair. I took this chance to check the text. It was nina. Mel's best friend. But... Also my side chick. I've noticed she had a thing about me after 2 months of dating Mel. Ik it's really horrible to do something like this but I mean she's hot. And I couldn't help it. It all started when we were in Mel's party. It was a full house and we all got drunk. She confessed to me and well things happened. I don't wanna get into too much detail. The thing is that we hooked up and we've been secretly meeting. Anyways, back to the text. I just called in sick and my parents aren't home wanna come over? I gulped and glanced over to Mel which she was still singing. No I can't I'm taking Mel to the park. I texted. Isn't the park closed?? She said nina I said I can't right now! At the park~

Mel's pov// "wow" I say then I jumped on jae like a front piggy back ride and we kissed. His lips were so soft. He lowered me down and said which ride do u want to go to first. "Isn't this illegal?" I say. "Ik people" he responded. He cupped his hands to boost/lift me up the fence. I smile and put my foot on his hands. I pass over the fence and then he jumps the fence then starts climbing. After several rides we went to take a break on one of the slots of the Ferris wheel. He asked if I was getting hungry and I said "kind of" so he said he'll be right back to go get some snacks. I realized he left his phone here so I went to his camera and took a bunch of selfies. Haha I can't wait till he sees them. He will get so surprised. Haha. Ring. Huh a text from nina? What? She's probably wondering where Ive been. I check my phone to see if there are any missed texts from her. But no. Huh that's weird. I set his phone back. Should I read her text? Nah after all they have 2 classes together so she's probably telling him the homework. But why would she text him. She could've texted me!? I look around and quickly grab the phone. I look through he phone trying to find the messaging app.

Jaes pov// okay am I missing something? I have the popcorn, soda, candy, and cotton candy. I got her fave flavor which is the blue one. As I'm walking to her I notice her taking selfies from my phone. Haha that's what I get for leaving it there😂. Wait, she stopped. She has a confused look on her face. She probably didn't like one of her selfies haha. I take a pore of her cotton candy cuz it just looks so good. I'm so entertained on the candy that I forgot that she was on my phone. I see her start swiping left and right trying to look for something. Oh no. I start running and finally get there. My face was probably red from either running or anger. "What are you doing?" I say.
