June 12th,
For seniors it was the last day of school. Today was a Friday and Monday’s graduation. It’s over though. High school’s actually over. Before you know it, I won’t be a teenager anymore. Where did all the time that I thought I had go?
Anabella walked down the hallway to my locker at the end of the day. ‘I just realized, it’s the last time I’ll be standing here with you at your locker.’ She signed.
“Scary thought isn’t it. We’re getting so old.”
‘Old isn’t that bad though. To be honest, old looks pretty nice on you.’ I put my arm around her and slammed closed my world’s crappiest locker for the last time. We started to walk away and only made it halfway down the hall when we heard a crash. We turned around. The locker door had fallen off and was now lying on the floor, broken and misshapen. “Typical.” I said. We turned back around and left.
