With all that's been going on I haven't really talked to my sisters. Guess I'll stop by Andrea's job see how she's doing. "Odell what are you doing here" she sounds happy "I came to take you to lunch" she looks around "Ok I got one last thing to do..." A girl walks in "Hey Miss Johnson I came to pick up my last check" Damn she looks like Zola "Here Alexis sorry it didn't work out" Alexis that is Zola sister "Damn girl you don't remember me" I turn to look at her "I know who you are Odell... I still don't like you" she takes the check "How you know my brother" She looks from me to her "I didn't know y'all we're related explains a lot and he used to date my sister in college" she leaves out "What's her problem" D ask grabbing her purse "She never liked me then when I left and didn't take Zola she really hated me" She shakes her head

"Zola her name sounds familiar" I laugh "I dated her for my entire college life I'm shocked you don't remember her" she laughs "The baby takes my memory" I get up "Yea blame the baby... but seriously Jayla and Jordan don't remember her either" we walk out of her office "Well the fact that you never had her around much could be it" I shake my head and open the car door for her "She was the one tho I loved her even proposed to her" she gasp for air and looked back at me while getting in the car "You proposed to somebody and didn't tell me" I laugh and shut the door then got in on the drivers side "We weren't even engaged for a week we called it off" she stares at me "Because you were leaving" I turn the key and we drive off

"Yea and she was dedicated to becoming a nurse" "Wow the things you find out" I laugh "Chill D I loved her she loved me we went our separate ways and now..." "And now you're back down south to stay have you seen her" I smile "You know I have" she laughs "Well..." I turn onto our sisters street "Well we went on a date last night" she smiles "How did it go" I pull in their driveway "I think it went great" "Awe that's good O, are they eating with us too" I shrug "I hope so I'm popping up on them like I did you" She laughs "Then they might not be here" We get out "Their cars are here I expect them to be" She laughs and knocks on the door "You're so stubborn"

"Hey y'all" Jordan answers the door and let's us in "Hey sis" They hug "Hey big bro" "Hey baby sis" we hug and D goes to sit down "Where Jayla" I ask sitting next to D who's calling somebody, I guess no answer. "I'm right here" she says walking into the living room with us "What are y'all doing here" I lean back and throw my arms across the back of the sofa "I just missed y'all and wanted to take y'all to lunch" Jordan laughs "You trying to make up for missing our lunch yesterday" I laugh "Is it working" Jayla grabs her bag "Depends on where you take us" D laughs and holds her hand out for Jordan to help her up "Something is wrong with y'all"

"This is a nice restaurant" Jordan says looking over the menu "How are you two feeling" Jayla rolls her eyes "Can you stop acting like we just got our asses beat" D takes a sip of her drink "But you did" I try to hold my laugh in "Its not funny O" Jordan scolds me, I hold my hands up "Look I told you it was a bad idea" she rolls her eyes "Whatever O" "I don't see what you mad for I would've told y'all asses the same thing" Jayla snaps her neck at her "So O knows that you're sleeping with someone's man and got pregnant" Jordan spits out her juice, I just slide down in my seat "What the hell is goin on with y'all man" "You can be a bitch Jay" D says getting up "Where you goin Drea" She grabs her purse "Home" I pull out my keys "You rode with us" Jordan stands up "We haven't been together like this in years guys please stop" I look up at her "Whats wrong Jo" she wipes her face "You think mama and daddy would approve of the way we been acting..." D drops her head and Jay twirls her fingers. "Come on Jordan" I pull on her arm to make her sit down. She lays on my shoulder and I wrap my around her. "Sit down D" she puts her purse in her lap and sits down "I'm sorry Jordan" Jayla starts "Whatever Jay you always do that when something doesn't go your way" I pat her arm "Look whatever y'all goin thru... " "What exactly can you say Odell" D says staring at me "I just wanna fix this y'all my sisters I don't wanna see y'all fighting and arguing damn" I get up because I'm fed up at this point "Lets go" Jayla looks up at me "What if I wanted the rest of my food O" I grab my keys "You can eat but I'm leaving" "Uggghhh" they got up and we left

After dealing with my sisters I needed a break. I call Zola "Hello" she sings into the phone "Did you get my flowers" "I did they're beautiful!" "Glad you like them,.. Soo about our next date" She's sighs "Odell I... I still love him" Damn just when I thought I was in good "It'll take time Zoe" She's quiet for a second "Not this weekend..." I'm in there "Cool whatever weekend is fine with me plus I have a party to attend this weekend" she kinds giggles "I do too and a dinner date with my dad and dinner with my friends" I walk into my office at the store "Well baby girl I can't wait to see you" "Don't write me off just yet have lunch with me tomorrow" "Sounds great when and where" "Come to the hospital and we can go from there"
