Last night did not go how I wanted. Ant knocks on the door "How did it go" I shake my head "It started off good" He laughs "Bruh what happen" I sit back down on the couch "Man she going to Cali with that nigga from last night" His mouth drops a little "How you know" He questions sitting down "She told me last night and she told a nigga I had to earn her ass back" he laughs loud as hell.

After Ant leaves I go take a shower and get ready to handle some business for the club. I been thinking about expanding to Miami but I gotta set up a meeting with my connect. I spray on some cologne that Zo got me for my birthday last year, damn I miss that girl. I walk downstairs and Chris comes thru the door "Man you talk to Alexis" I shake my head "Naw man why" He comes and gets a beer "We need to talk and I just left her house" I shake my head and he goes upstairs then I leave.

"What's up boss man" I dap up Nick, my main bartender. "Shit how the orders looking for my alcohol next week" he scratches his beard then leans against the bar "I don't know boss ask Keyshia" She was suppose to let him handle it "Where is she" "In your office" Kim, my lead waitress says coming behind the counter "Thanks Kim and I want the schedule on my desk before we open tonight" I say starting to walk off "Gotcha Aug" I head up to my office and see Keyshia typing something up "I thought I told you to let Nick handle the alcohol order" she turns around and smile "I know but I don't mind doing it and if you want it done right you gotta do it yourself plus this is what you hired me for" I laugh and sit down at my desk "I hired you to be my assistant not to take the responsibilities I give to my leads" She smirks and walks over to my cluttered ass desk "Key what's all of this paperwork" she starts to organize it better and show me.

"This is your renewal" she smiles "One more year then it's all yours for real" I look over the renewal "Just in time for me to expand" she stop going thru the papers "Expand?... have you talk to Zola about this" I chuckle "Yes I said expand and Zola not trying to hear shit I got to say right now" she sighs "Well where are you planning on expanding to?" "Miami" she looks up from the paper "Seriously that'll be great for Exclusive" I smile "Trust me I know and I need you to call these numbers and set up some meetings for me" she shuffle the papers and lays them down "Text me the numbers I'll get right on it and the rest of these need your signature of approval... go over them and I'll get them later" I nod "Alright cool"

Going over all that paperwork got my head hurting. "Knock knock" Kim comes thru the door "Hey Aug here's the schedule for next week and the week after" I take them from her "Thanks Kim" she smiles "No problem" once she leaves out I finish up then look at my watch. I get up and grab my keys and phone. The last thing I wanna do is be late to this dinner. I run in the house and take a shower. After I throw on some fresh clothes I head out to Ant and Alicia's crib.

"You made it" Alicia opens the door cheerfully "Did you think I wasn't" she laughs "No but the girls or Chris hasn't gotten here yet let me get your coat dinner will be ready soon" "Alright cool" "Ant is in his man cave you can join him" "Iight you sure you don't need help in the kitchen" she laughs "Boy you just tried me bye August" I laughed and went to find Ant. "Whats good Aug" he says handing me a game controller. I sit down "Nothing man waiting to get some of Alicia good ass food." He laughs "Yea man imagine it every night" I start to think about Zola ass. She used to cook for me every night since the day we moved in together. "Yea I miss that home cooking" We start the game over "Well what you been eating?" Alicia ask walking in giving us beers "Mostly fast food shit from the club" She shakes her head "You know you can come over here and get a plate anytime August don't hesitate to ask now" "I gotcha Licia" the door bell rings and Alicia goes to answer it. "You ready for tonight" I laugh and shake my head "Ant you like starting shit"

"You ladies look beautiful!" They smile "Thanks Ant" I look Zola over. She's wearing one of the outfits I bought for her birthday last year. She must miss me too. "Hey August you can stop staring at my sister" Alexis says walking pass me. I chuckle "I can stare at my girl if I want" Zola cracks a smile but doesn't say anything "Ok guys dinner is ready, have y'all heard from Chris?" Now that I think about it I haven't seen him since this morning. "Yea I talked to him earlier." Zola says "I talked to him earlier, he said he was still coming so.." Alexis sighs "Well we can eat I'll just wrap up him a plate." "Cool let's eat" Ant says walking towards the kitchen. I pull Zola a chair out, she smiles "Thank you August" I grab the seat next to her "You're welcome baby" she blushes and looks away. Like clockwork there is a knock on the door "I got it" Ant says getting up "So August what you been up to" Alexis ask getting a roll out the bowl "Making moves as usual Alexis" "Moves like?" I laugh "Ask me what you really want to ask Lexie" Zola laughs "Y'all stop" Zola says "I agree" Alicia says fixing Ant's plate. I put my arm on the back of Zo's chair "I'm just sayin she wants to ask so ask Lex" she rolls her eyes "You still fuckin yo bitch?" I laugh then Ant and Chris comes in. "Whats up people" He comes and sit right next to Alexis "Alright so who wants a drink" "I do" we all say in sync and laugh.

"Ok the rules are you can't say any of the words on the card but you have to get your partner to call as many words as they can in a minute if you don't the buzzer will get hit" "Ok so who's on teams?" I say leaning next to Zola "Lets do ladies against the men" Alexis suggests "Alright that's sounds fun but let's up the stakes" Alicia laughs "What did you have in mind Ant" he grabs a new bottle of Xclusive vodka and puts it on the table "Lets say you gotta get ten cards a round and if you don't then everybody on the team has to take a shot" he pats the bottle "Ok cool I'm down" Chris says "Yea we are too" Zola says they look at me and Alicia, I laugh "Shit I'm down" "Baby go get the shot glasses" Alicia gets up and brings the glasses back. I can already tell something goin down tonight with this liquor in our system and they way Zola keeps eyeballing me.
