Chapter 5 - The Land of Waves

So here I am standing in the Hokage's office with team 7 and some lady squishing her cat Tora. Why is life so boring? The only time I've gotten to fight is during the bell test and that wasn't even for long, I just want to stab someone. Please. "Alright there is still babysitting, grocer--," Lord Third started,

"No. I want a real mission!" Naruto said while crossing his arms in an 'x' formation. Iruka then went on to lecture Naruto when we started talking about ramen, "I was thinking about having miso ramen tonight," Naruto said,

"ARE YOU EVEN LISTENING?" Iruka said and Lord Third sighed,

"I'll give you a C Rank mission. It is to guard someone," Lord Third said,

"Is it a Princess or Fuedal Lord?" Naruto said,

"Bring in our guest," Lord Third said and a drunken old man walked through the door,

"Am I seriously meant to expect these four are ninja? Especially the short guy with a goofy grin," The drunken idiot said,

"Who you calling short?!" Naruto said and we all lined up. Sasuke was the tallest, then me, then Sakura and finally Naruto was the shortest, "I'm going to kill you!" Naruto said as he charged forward but I grabbed the back of his collar,

"You can't kill the client Naruto," I scolded and he nodded,

"Now that that's all over, my name is Tazuna, I'm a master bridge builder from the Land of Waves and I expect you to protect me with your lives," Tazuna said,

"Alright everyone meet me at the gates in half a hour," Kakashi said and with that I jumped out the nearest open window and ran to my apartment. After five minutes I arrived and grabbed my black backpack. I put in the Shikotsumyaku file, my first aid kit and a picture of me Nii-san and Aya-chan. I then grabbed my weapons pouch and put in a small bone knife, kunai, shurikan and some senbon needles. I then grabbed a water bottle and tossed it in with everything while running out the door.

I arrived at the front gate with two minutes to spare and noticed everyone but Kakashi was here. Typical. We waited another five minutes and he finally showed up letting us begin our mission. Not two seconds after we walked out the gate Naruto started celebrating, "I'm finally a traveler now!" He yelled and I sighed same old Naruto, "Have you ever been out of the village Sume-chan?" Naruto asked dumbly straight after,

"Yes. I told you I'm from Takigakure but grew up on the borders of the Land of Water, listen next time," I said and Naruto nodded with a look of fear slightly splashed across his face. I sighed again and we started on our journey to wherever this old man lived, I wasn't paying attention. Sakura started talking to Kakashi about the Land of Waves where I guess this guy lived when I saw a puddle. I sighed, who would disguise as a puddle in the middle of a burning hot day when it hasn't rained for a week. I glanced at Kakashi and he nodded. 

We continued walking pretending to not notice when a chain surrounded Kakashi and split him into pieces. I pretended to look shocked as I knew Kakashi used the substitution jutsu, Sakura immediately ran over to Sasuke when two shinobi I know all to well popped out. "Not you idiots again," I groaned as I remembered them running around in circles when the Kaguya attacked Kiri,

"Who are you calling an idiot?" They both said in unison,

"This really does prove you're idiots if you don't know I'm talking about you," I said back and charged forward holding my bone knife. Both brothers smirked and charged forward. I continued running until their chains started circling me so I jumped letting themselves get caught in their own trap. The Demon Brothers were never the brightest bulbs in the shed. Kakashi then appeared and the other three sighed in relief. 

"Why did you let these four protect me?!" Drunken old guy yelled. I still don't know his name,

"I could easily take them down but I needed to see who they were going after, obviously it isn't any of us. So Tazuna you have some explaining to do," Kakashi said back calmly. So his name is Tazuna. Tazuna sighed and Kakashi started lecturing him about something while I stood on the Demon Brothers heads. 

"KAKASHI! ARE YOU FORGETTING THE DEMON BROTHERS ARE RIGHT HERE!" I yelled while stamping on one of their faces,

"OI KID THAT HURTS!" One of them yelled at me and Kakashi sweatdropped,

"Just knock them out, tie them up and leave them there. Another team said they'd pick them up,"Kakashi said. I nodded and put a layer of bone underneath my skin. I then punched them on the head, tied them up and chucked them into a bush. Done. After I finished with the Brothers we continued walking until we arrived at a small boat. Oh hell no. I am not getting in a freaking boat with those five. 

As they got onto the boat I focused chakra into the bottom of my feet and began walking on the water. Naruto looked baffled and immediately wanted me to teach him but I declined so he sat in the boat while we started across the water.

We arrived at shore and Naruto immediately started throwing kunai everywhere, "Naruto those aren't toys," Kakashi said while sweatdropping. I then heard a thud and ran into the bush to see a frightened white rabbit with a kunai above its head. Wait white? I then heard a whooshing noise,

"DUCK!" I yelled and everyone dropped down as a giant blade flew overhead. Kakashi and I then stood up only to see a person standing on the blade. Kakashi looked at him and a flash of recognition flashed across his face.

"Zabuza Momochi, Demon of the Mist," Kakashi said and the man turned around with what I'm guessing was a sadistic grin on his face behind his mask.

Chapter 5 is up! I hope you enjoyed it and I'm getting excited to do the battle between Team 7 and Zabuza. Anyway I hope you look forward to the fight.
