Today was just as terrible as the day before, and the day before that, and the day before that. Mom is gone and Dad was never around anyways. The foster care woman is here. "Taylor, it's time to go to your aunt's. Get your stuff." I really hate her. I grab my one suitcase and head outside my once upon a time home. The horrible foster care lady  is standing by her car. " Come on Taylor! I have a meeting soon! Get in the car!"

As we ride out into the country the foster lady talks on her phone to some guy named Larry. I'm not really sure though, I hate listening to her dreadful voice. We drive on a dirt road for about half an hour before we finally arrive to a run down red brick house. Every plant for miles around the house is dead. "Come on Taylor! Let's get a move on!" There goes the wicked foster care lady again. I get out of her car and look at the house. All of the windows are covered with curtains and the windows on the door are painted black. What can a person like me possibly think positive about this place. It's not a box or a foster house. Oh no Taylor, this is much worse.

An older lady comes out the door. She looks over at me and a huge smile appears on her face. I'm not really sure who she is exactly. Maybe a half relative? I make sure I look as miserable as possible and I grab my bag. I walk up to this older woman with the foster care woman. The foster care lady begins her normal chat to her customers. I've learned to listen to this because then I get to know their name. " Hello Ms. Rose. This is your sister Alice's daughter Taylor. And I'm sure you must have heard what happened to your sister, correct?" Nobody apparently watches the news because my Uncle Fred or my Grandma Clair had no idea what happened to her.

"No, I had no idea something happened. What happened to my beloved sister? Nothing terrible I hope." She just died, nothing terrible crazy aunt who I have never met.

"Well your sister died in a very deadly car accident. I'm sorry." Foster lady please stop saying the same sentences that you have said every single one of my other relatives! GRRRRRRRR!!!!!! Only a flinch of pain goes through her face but then it vanishes.

"Well, we better get Ms. Taylor settled in to her new home and then I will sign the papers you have for me." I really hate how this lady thinks I'm going to be OK with living with a family member I have never met before. I don't think so. the foster lady gets out the papers and Ms. Rose scribbles down a signature and next thing you know I'm alone with this Rose lady. "Come inside honey and I will show you to your room then we can talk."
