"Taylor...." Aedan hesitates for a second. "... get in the truck. You're coming with us." His deep Irish voice is still stern, but it has a hint of care. I'm very thankful he decides to not kill me. As we head over to the truck, the sun is beginning to rise and the golden rays are making the sky glow like gold. Aedan shoves Ethan in the back seat of the truck and I sit in the back with him. Aedan climbs into the drvers seat and Aria climbs into the passenger seat. Aedan starts up the truck and we drive begin to drive down the road. I turn to Ethan to see him angrily staring out the window, and part of me felt bad for him. He has no memory of his parents and he's convinced they're out to destroy him, even though all of the signs point to the opposite of that. While he's staring off into the distance, I could tell that he's thinking about a lot of stuff. I then look forward at Aedan and Aria. Aedan is staring forward at the road. He looks like he's trying to concentrate on what he's doing rather than what's going on. Aria is looking down at her hands that are in her lap. Her face looks pretty blank, she's not showing much emotion. It'scompletely silent in the truck other than the hum of the truck's motor. Then suddenly Ethan breaks the silence.
"Where are we going?" He says blankly, with almot a hint of anger. Aedan, not taking his eyes off the road answers him.
"We are going home." Aedan says plainly.
"And where's that? At your pot of gold?" Ethan snarls. I watched a twitch of anger shoot through Aedan. Aria glares back at Ethan.
"No, just because I'm Irish doesn't mean I live with a pot of gold." Aedan growls. I try not to chuckle at that because to be perfectly honest, that's pretty funny.
"Well then where the hell are we going?" Ethan growls back, still staring out the window.
"Just like I said kid, we're going home." Aedan states plainly. I can feel the tension building in the truck. Then everyone's attention focuses on another older truck coming barreling down the road towards us. The speed of the other truck increased as it got closer to us. That's when I realized who was in the driver's seat. It was Rose. Aedan swerved the truck to try to avoid the collision with Rose. But she drove the high speeding truck into our truck. Her truck hit the side of our truck and the sound of the crunch of metal against metal was deafening. Then the world went black.
