Chapter XX - Godspeed EASE

Previously, on Sprayfire...

The Elite Team had been making heavy preparations for the return of the Dark Necrotic Lord, Emperor Necrominon, for the past few days. It was now the final day of preparation, for it was the day when the sky will cover the land with darkness, and Necrominon would rise once more, to feed on the souls of every living being in the world of Equixil. During their last hours, the Elite Team had one last meal together - except for Elizabeth, who was still missing. After the meal, Craze had made peace with Jaydee. Moreover, Jaydee advises Craze to call Elizabeth and apologize to her as well; he does this, but fails, due to Elizabeth being busy fighting some bandits. Later on, Craze finds a picture of his very missed, beloved childhood friend-slash-lover, Samantha. Craze then gets somewhat emotional, after suddenly being reminded of their memories together. Later on, he makes his way to the Staging Area for the speech, but is then surprised by Sir Will. Craze had now been promoted to Chief Commander of EASE, because he knows the most about the situation, and from what Sir Will sees, he is the most capable of leading them all to victory. After the ceremony, everyone makes their way to Chlorophyll Circumference, where all their defenses stand strong.

What will happen to the Elite Team? What will happen to EASE? What will happen to Equixil?

"Alright soldiers! This is Commander Craze speaking!", I announced to everyone, via walkie talkie. "As you can see, it is now 11:50 AM! The sun is just degrees away from the exact point as to where it'll align with the oak tree! I am ordering everyone to get to your stations now, and take cover!", I explain to them.

"Craze, are you sure we're ready for this..?", Jaydee asked me.

"Of course we are...", I said. "We just need to plan this out...", I added.

"Alright then... what's the plan?", Adrian stepped in and asked.

"While we were preparing earlier, I took the liberty of adjusting EASE's battle plans to my standard, mainly because I see it as a more effective way of fighting.", I said, as I laid out a close-up bird's eye view of Chlorophyll Circumference (List below) "As you can see, one group covers one compass direction.", I added, as I explained what was happening in each battalion or squad.
