The music plays over and over in my head. Every lyric somehow reminds me of you. Even in my worst times the thought of you makes me happy. I get this really big smile every time I think of you. The fact that I have all these feelings toward this one person gets me so high. I'm looking for a sign of hope that there will be a you and me. I think that we'll be the couple that shows hope that love is possible. The number one couple that no one can throw shade on. But I know that it's impossible for you to love or even like me because I am in the background and you just got your shot at the spotlight. I pray that you do change and one day your spotlight will be shared. I have this shred of hope that you will be mine. And now that it's over I'll never be sober. Couldn't leave now I'm so high.
