Chapter 3: Under Threat

Sardon was sat on a high pillar in the Cineclone world. "Hey Sardon whatcha doing?," Tarb sprang from nowhere "thinking and what was so important that you had to interrupt me?" Sardon asked. Tarb groaned "aww don't be like that I just wondered what you were doing is all whatcha thinking about?," Sardon got up "ugh I am or was trying to think of a way to get rid of Dren for good but now I've lost what I just thought of!." Tarb frowned "well gee I'm sorry you'll never get rid of the Mew Mew's or Dren so give up" Tarb said. "Really" Sardon held up a huge parasight unlike Tarb had ever seen before, Tarb jumped back in surprise "what's that!?" He stared in confusion and shock. "Toxin venom one of the most deadliest poisons on earth just one touch can set it off and poison this world the Mew's Mew's and everyone else won't know what hit them" Sardon said laughing evilly. Tarb smirked "good thinking lets go get em" Tarb laughed along and they left for the blue planet.

Meanwhile Zoey and Dren had found a secret place that was abandoned. Zoey smiled "this is perfect" she looked at Dren and he nodded "yes just like you" he said "oh Dren that's so sweet" Zoey pulled him close and kissed him. After looking around Dren scanned the area, he was pleased when he found no presence anywhere and they both settled into their new hideout. Zoey got up "hey Dren I'm going to take a walk will you be ok to find us some food for later?" She smiled a sweet smile. "Sure Kitty Cat just be careful" Dren flew inside and Zoey walked away "I'll be back soon" she yelled as she drew further and further away from the hideout. Dren smiled and lay on a high wall and closed his eyes to relax.

Zoey was walking close to where Sardon and Tarb were hiding out, Tarb looked around and saw her first. "Hey look it's the little Mew Mew that Dren betrayed us for, she's still alive" Sardon looked and finally saw her "hmmm it seems she's stronger than I anticipated" Sardon said with a smirk "well how about we finish the job, we want to save this Parasight for the good fun stuff later but for now let's kill her my way!." Zoey walked down a path and spotted a duck family crossing over it "oh ducklings... well you go ahead and cross" she smiled as she watched them. Not to far away Sardon was pointing a gun at Zoey aiming to shoot "oh yes Zoey just alittle closer" he chuckled and put his hand to the trigger but then a second thought came to mind. After the ducklings had crossed with their mother Zoey continued on her walk but was suddenly stopped by Tarb and Sardon, she gasped "it's YOU!" She glared "what do you two want!?." Oh it's not WHAT we want" Sardon chuckled as he said it "it's YOU we want," Zoey took a step back and grabbed her power pendant and transformed. Before she could make a move a Predisight grabbed her and tied her up "well well not very strong are you" Tarb said "I can't see how Dren fell for someone as weak as you." Zoey tried to escape the Predisight's grip but it was too tight plus she was tied up and couldn't move. Sardon laughed "it's no use you won't be able to crawl your way out of this one" he grinned and grabbed Zoey and threw her into a restrained car with bar seat belts and metal seats. "ugh get me out of here let me go or I'll–" Sardon glared "or you'll what!? Stir up some trouble and escape I don't think so." Zoey gasped she was stuck now and couldn't move "turn off the air bag Kitty" he demanded, Zoey was hesitant at first but did what he said and looked over worriedly watching for Dren. "Now get comfortable... and don't buckle up" Sardon watched as she sat there and began to push the car towards a cliff "ugh no, no please don't I... I can't die!" Zoey pleaded. Tarb smirked "oh and give us one good reason why, there is no excuse your going to die whether you like it or not." Zoey screamed as she was almost over the edge of the cliff. Meanwhile Dren was finding food and heard her cries, he flew towards the scene and grabbed Sardon's gun and aimed it "let her go! Or I'll pull the trigger" Dren said. Sardon grinned "aah right on cue Dren your just in time for your girlfriend's death" Sardon began to slowly push the car. "No!" Dren pulled the trigger but missed as Sardon pushed the car down the cliff, he heard Zoey's cries as she fell and heard a burst which sounded like someone had just popped a balloon. Dren pushed Sardon aside and flew down the cliff worriedly, seeing Zoey knocked unconscious at the bottom.

Later Sardon and Tarb disappeared back to the Cineclone world and an ambulance came to take Zoey to the hospital. Dren watched worriedly as she was taken away and began his search for Sardon and Tarb. Now that he was filled with rage he would hunt them both down and make them pay for what they did to Zoey.
