Chapter 9: Revenge

2 weeks later Zoey had come home from hospital. They hadn't heard from Sardon or Clara for awhile and just figured maybe they had given up. But sometimes things have a way of working themselves out differently.

"Zoey do you need anything!?" Dren called before heading out the door. Zoey smiled as She looked at the baby sound asleep in the cradle next to her bed. "Maybe some soup Dren!" She answered from the bedroom. Dren shouted something back walked out of the house closing the front door behind him. Ever since the break in when Sardon kidnapped Zoey they had moved to a new bigger house in a better area. Although Zoey had once before quit the Mew Mew team to run away with Dren she still had the animal instincts and could still transform, but of course no one had known she had left the team or if they knew she had Eliot and Westley could have un mewtated her and since she was no longer on the team everyone just all figured that she had died. Anyway now that she was a new mother she had to do everything she could to keep Sakura safe and especially from Sardon and Clara. Zoey got up from her bed and dove into her coat that was hanging up on a coat hanger. She dove in her pocket and pulled out her power pendant to look at it. She looked at it for several moments before placing it back into her coat pocket. She had planned to one day give her power pendant to Sakura and teach her the ways on how to be a good Mew Mew and save the world from evil. Zoey sighed and walked back to her bed to lie down, it was 3 minutes before she fell asleep.

Meanwhile not to far away in an abandoned hideout Sardon was planning his revenge on Zoey and Dren. "Hey Sardon how's the plan going?" Clara asked walking up to him. Sardon chuckled and smirked "perfect, just perfect soon they will pay for everything they have done to me and Dren shall pay for all the pain that he has put me through." Clara sighed "well as long as your happy with your revenge then I'm happy," she walked away with her head down. Sardon smiled to himself "oh yes" he said "I am happy, very happy" he took out his signal locator and pressed a button on it "come in Tarb, meet me at the old abandoned school house... I have a little surprise plan in store for Zoey and Dren." He laughed evilly to himself and continued to work on his plan for revenge. Sometimes some things are not what they seem and they work out very differently
