Chapter 10: Time To Let Go

While Dren was out he made his way to Sardon and Clara's house and knocked on the door. Sardon answer and smirked "oh, well well Dren what a pleasant surprise." Dren glared, "can I come in?" He asked. Clara stared and came over, then looked at Sardon "it's up to you" she said, shrugging and then returning to the other side of the room. Sardon frowned and sighed "fine... but only because it's Dren" he smiled and let Dren come in. Dren walked inside, closing the door behind him. "What do you want?" Sardon demanded. Dren sighed "look I know it's not exactly the best time to say this but... it's time to let go." Sardon growled "what!? No way you know darn well that this is all your fault Dren, you made me like this it was you that made me this way" Sardon said. Dren held his hand out to the other alien, "look" he said "I know it's hard and that you don't want to but please, just leave us alone and make peace with us." Sardon sighed "I don't know Dren I..." Sardon began but stopped. Dren took his hand in Sardon's "please..." he begged. Sardon sighed then suddenly Dren leaned over and kissed him on the cheek, Sardon blushed "Dr-Dren! Wh-what?" He couldn't speak and was lost for words. Dren smiled "look I know how you feel about me Sardon but you have to let me go now" he said "I love you like an older brother don't get me wrong but nothing more." Clara sighed and looked at Sardon "I'm not taking sides or anything Sardon but... Daren's right." Dren looked at them "so? Are we going to make peace and stay friends then?." Sardon smiled a little and hugged Dren "yes..." he replied "but as long as we can stay as brothers and that we can visit each other and... between you and me I kinda want to see that baby of yours." Sardon smirked and Dren smirked back at him "only if your gentle with her..." he said. Both started laughing and Dren left "see ya around bro" Dren said with a smile and left. Sardon smiled back "y-yeah see ya." Clara smiled at Sardon "I'm so proud of you" she said "your always willing to do the right thing. Sardon looked at her "I'd be nothing without you" he said and pulled her in and kissed her. Clara kissed him back and they both smiled.

Oh my god I'm so sorry I haven't been around guys and haven't updated in months and especially this story I've just been so busy lately but I just want you all to know that I'm back now and I'm fully back to writing again so prepare for chapters, chapters, chapters and even more chapters! :D
