Your First Date With Him

Light Yagami

Light was a pretty classy guy. He liked to do everything very traditional, nothing too out of the ordinary. So instead of coming up with some outrageous date idea, he took you to dinner at a fancy restaurant. He even paid to get you guys a private room.

"Wow, Light, this is actually... Really cool. Thank you." You said, sitting down at the table.

He smiled and sat down directly across from you. "It's for you, no need to thank me."

You giggled and ordered your food. When you started eating, you saw Light staring at you with a smile on his face. "What? I know, I'm a foodie."

"Ha, even though that's true, I was just thinking how cute you are."

You blushed and smacked his arm. "You're such a hopeless romantic."

Overall, it was a pretty good night.

L Lawliet

L, being the quirky guy he is, brought you back to Teito hotel with him and sat you down on one of two beds in front of a massive television set. "Uh, Ryu-?"

"Call me L. It's okay." He told you.

"Okay, then, L, what're we doing?"

"We," he replied, "Are going to watch a movie. Watari will bring snacks for us in a few minutes."

You blushed and nodded, laying back on the bed. You felt the bed shift and when you looked, you saw L laying down right beside you.

This... Freaking...

"Oi, L, don't you wanna lie down on the other bed? You'll have more room."

"No. I would prefer to be closer to you." He explained, and you sighed.

So stubborn.

The night continued on, with you two watching a Disney movie and Watari bringing L several sweets. It was a perfect night, and you had a lot of fun.

Mihael "Mello" Keehl

When you two finally planned a date, he ended up picking you up with his motorcycle. You'd never ridden one with someone else before, and was kinda nervous, but once you were certain you would be safe with Mello by your side, you were fine.

When you finally parked somewhere, you found out that Mello had taken you to an outdoor shopping outlet. You two walked hand-in-hand and went through different stores. When you went into the nearest music/CD shop, you found merchandise of your favorite band and started freaking out. Mello, being a sweetheart and an amazing date, bought you everything you wanted, even when you told him not to waste his money. To him, buying you things and making you happy was not wasting money.

He even bought you dinner, and you spent the night outside of his place, on the hood of Matt's red car, staring at the stars and eating french fries with Mello.

Mail "Matt" Jeevas

When Matt picked you up in his car, you were surprised to see that he actually looked... neat. Not to say that Matt wasn't organized, but he had his hair combed back, he was wearing a button-up shirt, and he wasn't smoking. "Hey, {Y/N}."

"Hey, Jeevas, what's this? You look decent today!" You joked.

"I had to look decent, it's our first date." He replied.

Chuckling, you got into his car and buckled up. And where did the red-headed charmer take you? Why, to a local arcade, of course! Gaming was a shared interest between the two of you, so it was only natural for him to want to take you someplace where both of you would have fun.

The two of you competed on classic games, such as Donkey Kong and Galaga before gradually making your way to the more modern things, such as the racing games. You had to admit, it was smart of Matt to come up with the idea, and you enjoyed every minute of it... even when he was whooping your ass in some Dead Heat.

Nate "Near" River

Near, being, well... Near, decided to stay at SPK headquarters with you so you two could lounge around and do random shit. And you seemed to be okay with that, not caring where he took you, as long as you were with him.

The only other person at headquarters while you two were there was Gevanni, (who's like an older brother to you...), since he was nervous to leave you alone with another guy. However, the nervousness faded away as he saw how gentle Near was with you as you built dice towers and played darts with him.

You both knew Gevanni was watching, but there was nothing to hide. You two were innocent. Well, at least you were on your first date. Anyways, you enjoyed the memorable and laid-back first date with Near, and you prayed that he would take you on another date soon again.
