Both you and Light are such cliche romantics that there's no way that you'd be any other Disney movie. Cinderella is by far the perfect Disney match for the relationship you and Light have. It's cutely cliche, and he really fell in love with you like how Charming fell for Cinderella; He took one look and that's all he needed.

Movie: Beauty and the Beast

This was one of the first movies you and L saw together, and somehow, you can't help but think it's because you and him are so similar to Belle and Adam. Adam, or The Beast, was locked away in the castle, without any interaction with other humans. It kinda just reflects how lonely L felt until you, with your pretty face and amazing personality, suddenly came into his life.

Movie: Aladdin

Ever since you and Mello met, you've gone on so many little adventures together. Some of them were for work, and some of them were just you hanging out. Both of you are mischievous around each other, and Aladdin is a perfect Disney fit for you. Jasmine and Aladdin both fall in love, and go through some crazy shit together, much like you and Mello. Even when Aladdin describes Jasmine with absolute admiration, its like when Mello told Matt about you. He was so entranced by you that he ripped a scene right from the movie. "She's got theses eyes that just... and this hair?? Wow... and her smile? Ha..."

Movie: The Princess and the Frog

Now, Matt, in his mind, is a badass boyfriend that doesn't give a shit about anything. However, he's quite a childish, romantic man, and it reminds you of Naveen from Princess and the Frog. Prince Naveen is a childish man that tends to do what he pleases, but when he meets and falls in love with Tiana, the female protagonist, he realizes that he needs to smarten up, or he'll end up losing her. This didn't happen immediately for Matt, but when Matty fell, he fell hard. Needless to say, he smartened up as much as he could, and couldn't be happier.

Nate "Near" River

Movie: Mulan

This one's a little hard for Near, because he's very... different than most people. He's so much of an introvert that he prefers to be completely isolated with you than to go out on a real date, which bring me... to Li Shang. (And yes, I realize that technically, Shang and Mulan are not royalty, my real name is Jasmine for crying out loud, but... this is my fanfic, and I couldn't find a more perfect fit.) at the end of Mulan, we see Shang struggling to flirt with Mulan, saying she "fights good". This shows a sense of uncertainty and shyness on his part, which is clearly found within Near. He's so afraid of rejection and people that he struggled to approach you, but when he did, he felt those walls he'd been building just crumble down, letting you into his heart and his life.
