Chapter 11

Hello guys!! Long-time no updates. ^^ Sorry! Well this chapter is extra-long, and it'll only focus on Dr.Kim and Mark, but I hope you enjoy! I'm starting my senior year and yeah things get serious so I'm super busy! Especially when I chose the medical industry so you guys understand right? Right!

Mark's POV

We're sitting at the cafeteria eating our lunch when Chanyeol nudged me. I looked at him as he whispered to me. "Got another one today." I rolled my eyes and look back to see a group of girls coming up to me. Another confession, great. The girl in the middle came up and hand me a letter.

"Um...Mark, please accept this!" She said lowering her head. *sigh*

"No." was my reply. She's hurt by it; I know that as tear started forming in her eyes. I rolled my eyes and turned back to my friends.

"Can you at least read it Mark? Please." Seriously? I turned back to her.

"I said no. I don't want to waste my time on a stupid letter." I barked and she flinched. Sure thing, all attention is on us. She then ran out the door sobbing. Argh! Don't they ever learn, like seriously. They've seen what I do, and capable of doing to girls who I reject. Why do they keep on coming? Do they think a miracle will happen, and soon I'll accept someone?  I turned back to eat my lunch when another voice called my name. Argh, I'm getting pissed off, like what the hell is their......Seulgi?

I stood up straight away and blink to make sure it's her. She's fidgeting with her fingers while keeping her head low.

"Um...do you need something?" I asked. Seulgi looked up and smiled nervously. What is this? Her face is red, so as her ears. Is she blushing? She then cleared her throat, "Um...Mark there's something I have to tell you. It's weird and, and I don't know when it happened or how. I don't know what to say or how to say this but I...I...I like you Mark. Can you go out with me?!" Thud thud. What is this? My heart is beating so fast and loud I'm afraid people will hear it. Everyone around us is quiet. Too quiet. They must be surprise and shock by the sudden confession coming from the girl who punched me.  Hell I'm freaking out here. They're waiting for my answer. My answer, right. Well say something Mark, don't just stand there!

"Um...wha...is...are you for real? Is this some kind of prank you're pulling?" I asked her hoping that is not true. She shook her head, "No! I'm serious Mark. I really like you. So... please give me an answer." Thud thud! Phew, calm down Mark. Is this a dream? Is Seulgi really confessing to me? I walked forward a little and a smile formed at the corner of my lips.

"To be honest Seulgi, I...like you too. So it's a yes for me." I smiled. Everyone is the cafeteria gasped. Seulgi had her head lower so I can't see her face.

"Hey, it's okay, lift you head up." I smiled.

"Just kidding."

Slowly Seulgi lifted her head and looked straight in my eyes grinning.

"So you like me huh?" She smirked. What?

"Did you get that Lay?" Seulgi called out, and he popped up of nowhere with a video camera in his hand. The girl who confessed to me before came out, "So, you like the girl who punched you? Haha! Do I have to punch you for you to like me too Mark?" I turned to Seulgi, totally confused.

"What's going on?" Seulgi looked at me and smirk. "Oh Mark if only I like you too. But you're not my type." Murmurs started to fill in the room. All eyes are on me now. What is going on?

"So this is all a prank?" I shouted at her but I knew better. People around me started laughing, pointing at me. No. How could she?!

"How could you?!" I yelled at her. She walks up to me and whispered in my ear. "How could I what Mark? It's you. How does it feel to be humiliated in front of people?" She backs away as an evil grin appear on her face. The murmurs in the room is getting louder now. All sorts of names are being thrown at me. Fingers are pointed towards me, and the laughter are getting louder and louder.
