New Girlfriend

Me and Dad were outside tossing a football back and forth. Chase was in the pool. And the twins were in their baby bouncers on the back porch enjoying nature. I heard a car pull into the driveway and my first thought was Uncle Scott or Scarlett.
"Chris?" A girls voice asked as a girl with long blonde hair, maybe a few inches shorter than dad. She was wearing a black tank top, yoga pants and sneakers.
"Mallory! Hey!" Dad said as he rushed for and gave the girl a peck on the cheek. Did I miss something?
"These must be the kids!" Mallory said with a big smile. She likes us now... Just wait Barbie, you haven't seen nothing yet.
"Uh yeah. This is my daughter Megan. My son Chase. And the twins Faith and Kaiden" Dad said gesturing towards each of us.
"Hi" me and Chase said awkwardly.
"You all are so adorable!" Mallory said. Oh god! Not one of those kind of girls! Chase got out of the pool.
"Uh I'm gonna take the twins in so they can nap" I said as me and Chase picked up the twins and carried them inside. Once I shut the door, I turned towards Chase.
"She is annoying" Chase said as we carried the twins to their bedroom.
"I bet she just wants his money" I said as I laid Faith in her crib after changing her diaper.
"Probably" Chase said as I took Kaiden out of his hands.
"Go get a shower and then change your clothes" I said as Chase walked out of the room to go take a shower. I changed Kaiden's diaper and just happened to look up to the window to see Dad and Mallory kissing. This can't be good. I don't like her. After laying Kaiden down in his crib, I walked to Chase's room and knocked. He wasn't in there. I opened the door and picked out an outfit for him. Just a navy blue t-shirt and jeans. Chase entered the bedroom wrapped in a towel and I turned as he put on his clothes. I took the towel once he was done and dried his hair like crazy. I grabbed a brush and brushed his dark brown hair. After I was done, I walked back to my room with Chase behind me. I called Uncle Scott.
"Hey! What up Meggy?" Uncle Scott asked.
"Did you know about Mallory?" I asked.
"Who the heck is Mallory?" He asked.
"Dad's new girl friend" I said.
"Blonde?" He asked.
"Yep" I said.
"Chris met her before your birthday at the bar when we went out. I didn't think they'd be dating" Uncle Scott said.
"Great. She probably wants him for his money" I said.
"No doubt about it" Uncle Scott said.
"I don't really like her. Neither does Chase" I said as Chase nodded his head agreeing with me.
"I knew she was trouble" he said.
"I knew you were trouble when you walked in" I sang making him and Chase laugh.
"Very funny, Meg" He said, "so what even happened?"
"Well she showed up and dad introduced us to her. She pulled the "you are all so adorable" trick on us. She probably thought it worked. But they were all lovey dovey and I don't trust her at all" I explained.
"Talk to your dad about it when she leaves" Uncle Scott said as I heard the back door open and shut then a car drove away.
"She's gone" I said.
"Go talk to Chris about it. If he doesn't understand then I'll talk to him" he said.
"I can always count on you Uncle Scott" I said smiling.
"You should. Because I have some serious blackmail to when you were a baby" he said making me laugh.
"Bye Uncle Scott. I'll call you later" I said.
"Bye Meggy" Uncle Scott said before I hung up. I slowly slid off the bed and pushed open the door. I walked out of the room and down the hallway seeing dad sitting o the couch flipping through TV channels. He doesn't watch TV that much.
"Hey" I said quietly as he turned and smiled at me before patting the seat next to him.
"Hey, Pumpkin. What's up?" He asked as I sat down beside him.
"Uh nothing. So why didn't you tell us about Mallory, until today?" I asked.
"I- you know- this is really hard... To.... Explain" he said then I quickly got up.
"I just don't like her that much. This is exactly what happened when you had that one girlfriend who dumped you on your birthday" I said, "and then me and you got in a fight over the same thing. You can't keep secrets from us, dad."
"Well maybe I broke the promise cause I knew how'd you react" he said standing up looking down at me. Okay I know I'm short you don't have to rub it in.
"I called Uncle Scott and he told me you met her at a bar. I just don't-" I started but he interrupted me.
"Megan, I'm not some kid. I'm your father! You don't talk to me that way, understood?!" he said. I stopped for a minute and just stood there. He never raised his voice like that before.
"Loud and clear" I said barely above a whisper as I walked out of the living room. I ran into my bedroom and shut the door with a loud slam. Chase must've left because it was just me and West. I reached over and locked the door, yet it won't do anything. I laid down in my bed and just hugged my pillow. I couldn't help but cry. I thought I was being helpful and nice by telling him the way I felt about this new girlfriend. I guess I was wrong to express the way I felt. I curled up on the bed making myself small. West careless up towards me and laid beside me making me smile. I scratched his head making him stick his tongue out. Soon I found myself falling asleep hoping everything that happened was just some awful nightmare. So I was back to being the normal me. The one who laid in bed crying for something she thought was right maybe it was wrong but I always found myself laying in this bed thinking and crying. Maybe dad doesn't really care.
Chris's P.O.V
I never raised my voice like that before at Megan. She must hate me right now. Should I go comfort her like I normally do? She probably doesn't even want to see me right now after that. I laid there on the couch rubbing my hand down my face. Mallory wasn't the perfect girl. Maybe Megan was right. I just met Mallory at the bar a few nights ago before Megan's birthday. I didn't know that much about her. Megan was right. I got up and slowly went back to Megan's room. The one place where I've comforted her after a tough time. I knocked on her bedroom door. No answer. I tried turning the door knob but it was locked. Once I got the door unlocked, I looked inside the room to see Megan fast asleep. I couldn't help but smile. Her eyes fluttered open at the sudden sound of footsteps and she turned over to her back was facing me.
"Megan?" I asked sitting down beside her.
"What?" She mumbled.
"I'm sorry for raising my voice like that. I shouldn't have done that" I said but she didn't move. She just laid there probably not want to talk to me. I let out a sigh before I got up and left the room shutting the door behind me. I walked back to my bedroom thinking about what I could do.

Hello everybody! So this chapter was inspired by the idea that @janiya410 gave me. So thank you for the idea! I hope you guys enjoyed this chapter! I'm gonna try and update often since we go back to school on Monday from break and then I'll try and update as much as I can. I was thinking an idea for The Enemy, what if Jade's father showed up? If you haven't read The Enemy I think you could at least try. Sorry if it bores you. I've been trying to come up with new stories. I came up with one called Fight For Adoption, where Chris Evans and Tom Hiddleston get in an argument over a kid they met at the park and they both want to adopt her.

Then I came up with one called One Wish. One Wish is about Georgia Foster and her older sister Jane. Georgia makes a wish on her birthday that Jane will find love but then on the exact same night Thor comes to earth after being banished.

Anger Issues is about Bruce Banner was given a big responsibility. Taking care of his niece, Emma Banner. Emma is your normal 12 year old who is almost 13. She loves reading and helping her Uncle with work. They lived in Calcutta for a while until her Uncle was recruited to help find a cube called the Tesseract. Will this put his niece in danger? And what will he do to keep himself calm while a certain god threatens to hurt his niece? What will Emma do to keep away from the god of mischief and lies who is trying to get her Uncle to Hulk out?

His Little Star is about a young girl was taken away from her home at age 2. Soon she finds her self in a space ship. She is raised by Yondu Udonta. She is given the name Gaige. She knows her way around machines and mechanical stuff. A boy named Peter soon befriends her. He becomes a big brother to her. He'll do anything to protect her even if it means putting himself in harms way.
