Chapter 19

Author's Note : Hello everyone, I'm so sorry that I haven't written for so long as I have been so busy that I haven't had time to write. But I have time now and so here is Chapter 19!!! I hope you enjoy it!!!

Sonoko was stressing over her rehearsals. She had tried to find girls who could sing the part of the fourth singer for their performance, and when everyone turned her down saying that they didn't sing, Sonoko felt like bursting into tears.

In the rehearsals room, Sonoko, Ran and Aoko were stood in the centre of the room whilst practising their dance for their performance.

Sonoko had begun to panic when she found out that they were performing in front of a huge majority of Beika. A concert stage was going to be set up, and an enormous audience was going to be placed in front of them.

The light haired brunette tried to read the lyrics of the song, but it didn't work as she wanted everyone to have an equal part to sing. And when it didn't work out, she broke down again.

Ran and Aoko tried to reassure her, and tell her that it was going to be okay and that they could just change the song. But changing the song would mean that they would have to change the performance setting which was on magic and romance, and they didn't have time to do that as every advertisement said the words 'Black Magic.'

Walking into her lesson after a stressful weekend, the light haired brunette came into the classroom looking depressed. Ran and Aoko tried to reassure her and tell her that they would work something out, but the rich girl wasn't listening.

"Good morning Sonoko-chan." Greeted Kazumi as she stood from her desk behind her brother to walk over to her.

Sonoko looked up to face the girl when an idea sprung into her mind, making her eyes glisten like diamonds. With a huge smile, Sonoko ran to Kazumi and threw her into her arms. Shinichi, Kaito, Aoko and Ran stared with a confused expression as the female Kuroba was crushed to death.

"I can't believe I never thought of this before!" Sonoko explained as she pulled away to look into the girl's indigo eyes. Sonoko placed her hands on Kazumi's shoulders and shook the girl back and forth. "You'll do perfectly!"

Kazumi looked to her confused. "Do perfectly? What do you mean Sonoko-chan?"

Sonoko shook her again. "You can be our fourth singer!"

Kaito and Shinichi snickered to seeing their cousin/sister's face drop. They wanted to be supportive for Kazumi, but the surprise on her face just made their day.

Kazumi, ignoring her brother's and cousin's snickers, just smiled softly to Sonoko. "I'm sorry Sonoko-chan, but I have never sung before, so if I was to perform, I would just show you three up."

Sonoko sighed and then smiled sadly to her. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to surprise you like that." She suddenly felt guilty for shaking Kazumi's shoulders so aggressively. Sonoko frowned. "I must have hurt your shoulders, I'm sorry for that-"

Kazumi waved away her worry. "You didn't hurt me, you barely even shook me." She reassured her with a sweet smile. "But whilst we are on the topic of hurt..." she trailed off as she turned her attention to her twin and her cousin, who were dying at their desk due to Kazumi's embarrassment. Smirking wickedly, she punched the top of their heads, immediately stopping their laughter.
