Rumors has it

The sun rose outside the window and it was time to get up. Lavender Brown and Parvati was already up. One of Hermione's main problem was that she didn't have any girl friends that was sixth year, she had Ginny, but Ginny was one year younger. The rest of her friends was boys.

As she walked into the great hall she noticed how many students from the Slytherin table was staring at her. Hermione decided to ignore it and walked fast to her friends.
"Good morning." She said and smiled.
They all turned around and stared at her.
"What? Why are you all staring at me?" She asked.
"You haven't heard?" Ron answered.
"Nope, what's going on?"
"Draco told everyone about what happened yesterday." Harry said quick.
"What exactly did he tell?" Hermione asked and felt awfully nervous.
"That he was sitting in the library when you came in and insisted that he had to kiss you."
"That's not true, and you know it."
"That's not all." Ginny interrupted.
"Mmhm." Hermione listened.
"He also said that you told him you wanted to do some other serious stuff to."
"That bloody coackroach. He is lying." Hermione said and raised her voice.
"Keep your voice down." George said.
"And you guys believe this?" Hermione continued.
"We're not sure. It dosen't sound like you, but why would Draco lie about it." Harry said and tried to smile.
"I know exactly why."
"I don't believe it." Fred suddenly said and they both smiled at each other.
"I'm going to prove it." She said determined.
"No, please don't make a scene." Ron begged her.
She turned her back and went straight to the Slytherin table where Draco and his friends was.
"How dare you?" Hermione started.
"I don't know what you're talking about." Draco smirked. Crabbe, Goyle and Pansy started to laugh. Blaise was the only one who didn't.
"You told people that I wanted you to snog me!"
"And that you wanted him to do you." Pansy teased.
"Shut up." Hermione answered.
"Filthy mudblood." Pansy whispered just loud enough for Hermione could hear it.
"It's true, Hermione. You wanted me to snog you. You said it yourself." Draco smirked again.
"No! It's not! I didn't! The last thing I would've done is getting my lips poisoned by yours!" She spat and walked away.

She went straight back to the commonroom and forgot to eat. After a while Ginny came. She sat beside her and had brought some food.
"Thank you."
"No problem." Ginny smiled and took Hermione's hand. "How are you feeling?" Ginny continued.
"Like shit. He makes me so mad."
"Why are you letting him?"
"What?" Hermione asked and looked at Ginny.
"You're letting him make you mad."
"I do?"
"Yes, you shouldn't waste your time if he's treating you like a bag full of dirt."
"The problem is that I care to much, and how he's acting isn't like him."
"I can't say to much, I don't know him as well as you do, but after what I've seen...." Ginny stopped up.
Harry came walking in.
"Silly, why don't you just ask him?" Hermione said and giggled.
"About what?" She seemed surprised.
"I see the way you look at him. You're totally in love."
"Shut it." Ginny said and blushed.
"You look like a tomato." Hermione started laughing. She couldn't stop.
"Hermione!" Ginny said and giggled.
"Sorry, I can't stop."
"What's going on with you 'Mione?" Harry asked.
"Uh, nothing." Ginny answered and walked away.
Hermione walked after her but she suddenly fell down.
"Watch where you're going!"
"Sorry, Granger." It was Fred.
He held his hand down to her and she took it. They stood really close.
"It's okay." She answered and smiled.
She had never noticed that Fred was actually pretty good looking, which meant George also was good looking because they practially looked alike. They were after all twins.
She was about to turn around and walk away when he started to talk.
"Granger. Would you like to go to the ball with me?"
"There's a ball this year?" She asked.
"Yes."
"Of course, Fred! I'd love too!"
"Great."
She smiled and he suddenly kissed her, fast and nervous. And then he walked away.
