It's been a few days since I've been released from the hospital and since then, me and Meek have been renting a house until we find one we want to buy.

These last few days have been tough for us trying to clear our heads from the whole situation and for me, the pain in my leg is still there. The headaches have went away but every once in a while, I get one here and there.

I've also been thinking about my family lately. Especially my mother. I decided I was going to visit her today and finally explain everything that was going on. She called me back to back once she watched news about me and I didn't have the guts to talk to her and tell her but today I was.

I was all alone at the house anyway since Meek was gone for the day. He took Papi out for the day so it was just me.

I picked up my phone to call Meek to see if they were okay before I finally called my mom.

Beep...beep...beep....beep

Mom: Hello?

Me: Hi mommy

Mom: Onika? What a happen to you you had me worry sick!

Me: I'm doing better mommy and I'm sorry I didn't call you. I actually was calling to see if I could stop by and see you to talk

Mom: Yes, come my dear we have ta talk about this

Me: I know I'm coming in a little bit

Mom: Ok Onika

*clicks*

I set my phone down on the dresser and got up to shower. I spent about an hour showering, doing my hair, brushing my teeth, and doing my makeup before I finally made my way out the door.

"MOMMY!" I cried as I brought myself into a tight hug as the front door opened and I saw her.

She held onto me tight and kissed my forehead before making my way into the house. I looked around and saw how different the house looked since I was younger and I admired the new look.

We both walked to the dining room table and took our seats and as I sat down, I looked around for my brothers.

"Where's Caiah big headed behind?" I laughed as my momma cracked a slight smile.
