"Where are you taking me?" I laughed as I held my hands out to find out where Meek was taking me as he held his hands over my eyes.

"Take a look." He moved his hands from my eyes and the sight in front of me had me in awe. The table had a white cloth on it covered in white and red rose petals with a lit candle in the center of the table.

Our plates were white with a gold rim around it and the scenery of the L.A sky paired the setting so beautifully. Before I could say a word, Meek grabbed my hand and sat me down at the table and pushed my chair in for me and then took his seat.

"Rahmeek you didn't have to go through all of this" I smiled as looked around at the night sky and back at him.

He sighed

"I could see the pain in your eyes that you've been feeling lately and this is just a reminder of how a man is suppose to treat you cause obviously August wasn't doing it right. And....it's a reminder of how much I love and I miss you Nicki"

I smiled so wide and I felt a tear drop from my eye onto my dress. Damn, I'm emotionally as hell. I took my finger and wiped the side of my eye as I looked up at Meek who was smiling back at me. I started to take in the guilt the other day at lunch and I felt as if I pushed him away from me. All his was trying to do was she how much he loved me and I've been so stuck on August that I didn't realize that the one I needed was right in front me.

"Thank you Rahmeek. Everything is just...beautiful" i replied as a man in an all white attire brought us our food to our table. Meek pulled out a $100 bill and tipped the man and once the man walked away, we were left alone again.

"You are so stupid" I laughed as we walked down the beach with our feet in the sand while I held my heels in my hand, adoring the scenery of the L.A beach. I wrapped my arm around his and leaned my head against his shoulder as we walked. His jokes and his corny ass had me thinking about our old times and I've never been so overjoyed being with someone before.

"Let me get that for you" he said as he grabbed my heels from me and held them as we walked. Eventually, we stopped in front of the ocean and stood there and I just stared at him.

"What you staring at girl?" He questioned as I chuckled in amusement.

"Nothing, just thinking about something that's been on my mind."

"Oh yeah. And what is that?" He questioned as he took a grip around my waist as we stood in the sand. I wanted to tell him how I feel but a part of me couldn't. I just went for it so finally, I took a deep breath and placed my hand around his neck before telling him what was up.

"Meek, you've been locked up for 2 years and seeing you again after what felt like forever...made me fall in love with you all over again. For so long, I've been putting up with August and those times I felt so hurt, I was wishing that you was out to comfort me and love me."

He sighed and looked down at me.

"Nicki, you are my world baby girl. I gotta admit, you being with that nigga August for so long hurt me deep. At night, I hoped and prayed that would be back together and you would open up your eyes to see he ain't right. He wasn't good for you baby. I'm the only man that you will ever need. Best believe that."

"I know Meek and I'm sorry. I would do anything to get them 7 years back."

He rubbed my cheeks as I held my head down. He used his finger to lift my chin and from there, he placed a kiss on my lips with his plump, soft lips. I kissed him back and from there, I wrapped my arm around his neck and allowed our tongues to roam in each other's mouths.

I pulled myself away slowly and held his tight in a hug.

"I missed you so much" I whispered as he held his arms around my waist and rocked slowly.

"I miss you too baby" he whispered back as he kissed my forehead and played with my hair as we continued to rock in each other's arms. Tonight was perfect and I honestly didn't want for it to end. I held onto Meek and I felt so comfortable and loved.

I missed Meek so much. His love, his jokes, our talks, our walks, and our relationship. Our bond that was unbreakable and our amount of love and loyalty we put into our relationship.

"Promise me you will always love me Meek" I stated as I looked up still with my arms wrapped around him. He kissed my lips again but I didn't kiss back, I just kept my eyes closed.

"With me, you ain't gotta work about that. You will always be my rider and my number one baby girl. You're a queen and you will be treated as one."

I kept my eyes closed and smiled as I took in his beautiful words because just knowing that I finally have my man who truly loves and appreciates me and makes me feel so damn good.

Something that I wasn't feeling in so long and something I wanted desperately
