1:Goodbye?

*Kat's POV, 2011*

"So, this is goodbye..?" I said, standing on the bottom step of the porch to match Michael's height.

"More like a.. a see you later, yeah?" Michael said, pushing a strand of my hair behind my ear.

"Yeah.. I.. See you later. Don't you dare forget.. no matter what anyone else says, I'm you're biggest fan." I said and leaned my forehead against his.

"I'll never forget that. I'll text and call, and whatever I can. Okay? I'll never forget you, Kat." Michael said with an assuring smile as he gently pushed my head up with his fingers.

"I won't forget you either, Kitty." Calum said and came closer to me, wrapping his arms around me as Michael did the same.

"Hey, I've only known you for a year, but I love ya too." Luke said and joined in on the hug. At that moment, we all turned our heads slightly to look at Ashton, who was standing awkwardly at the car.

"Get your butt over here, Irwin! Join the group hug!" I called out and I saw him shake his head a bit. I sighed and pulled away from the group hug.

"What's wrong, Kat?" Michael asked me and tried to pull me into another hug.

"Stay right here until I come back, please." I muttered and stepped down.

"What are you doing?" Luke asked.

I walked to the car to stand where Ashton was.

"Ashton?" I said softly, pushing the blonde's hair back a little. "You okay?"

"I don't want to leave." Ashton whispered, looking toward the others, as if to make sure they weren't hearing him. He was very shy and insecure, but he always tried to act like he was strong and confident around the other guys. He really only talked to me about his insecurities.

"You'll be fine, Ashton. You've got Michael, Calum, and Luke.. They're going through the exact same thing you're going through. They almost don't want to leave either, but they also want to chase this dream." I said and he took in a deep breath before pulling me in for a hug.

"Thanks, Kat."

It was weird because I hadn't even known him as long as I'd known Luke.. And I'd only known Luke for a year, yet, somehow, Ashton and I automatically.. clicked.

"Don't forget me?" Ashton said as I led him to the others.

"I will never forget any of you four boys. Okay? I've had the best fifteen years of my life with Michael and Calum, the best year or so of my life with you and Luke, so, of course I'll never forget you." I said and hugged him one last time.

"You guys coming?"

"That's our ride.. We got to go.." Michael said and bit his bottom lip.

"I love you guys, okay. I'll be sitting right here whenever you come back. I'm not forgetting you, so don't you dare forget me." I said and sat on the bottom step on the porch.

"I promise that none of us will forget you. Even if the others do, I won't." Ashton said and kissed my cheek.
