*Kat's POV, 2016*

"Alright, little Zander. How about we go for a walk?" I said and picked up Zander off of the floor, holding him close to me as I walked out the door. "I want to show you a place that is very important to me."

Zander just looked at me and giggled softly as I walked across the street.

"Look, Zander. I used to sit right here and hang out with my best friends. We would often just sit in a circle and talk nonsense, and sometimes we'd sing." I said and sat right in the middle of the front porch of the abandoned house across from my house.

"Set?" Zander said and glanced up at me as I sat him across from me.

"Yes. We used to sit. I plan on buying this house some day. I will fix it up, and live in it. It'll be fantastic." I said and he grinned.

I couldn't help but let out a little sigh. The last time I'd heard from the boys was two weeks after they left. I get that they got real famous real quick, but a real fast 'hello' every now and then would be lovely. They broke their promise. Ashton even broke his promise. He promised that even if the others forgot me, he never would. It's been four years and I haven't heard anything from them.

"Phone.." Zander pointed to my front pocket and I pulled my phone out and handed it to him. He always loved watching Mickey Mouse Clubhouse on my phone.

"Here you go." I said and unlocked my phone.

"No. Phone." Zander said and I took my phone back.

"What about it?" I asked.

"Phone."

All Zander would say is phone.

"I don't know what you're talking about. How about we just go back home? I need to put your down for a nap anyway." I said and picked him up.

"Phone." Zander repeated.

"Shh. We'll watch Mickey Mouse Clubhouse after your nap." I said and started walking back home.

"Noooo." Zander whined as I walked into my house.

"What, baby?" I said and he wiggled around, trying to get free.

"NOO." He yelled and ran to my bedroom after I set him down.

"Okay.." I muttered and grabbed my phone. "Mickey Mouse Clubhouse now? Or nap time?" I said and followed him.

"I go seep!" Zander said and climbed onto my bed.

"Okay, you can go to sleep."

I then tucked him in and kissed his head before going to the living room. I decided to try something that I haven't tried in two years.

"Hello?"

I called Michael.

"Hi, Mike. How're you?" I said excitedly. He had finally answered. They never even answered the last time I called.

"Who is this?" Michael said and I sighed as I sunk down on my couch.

"It's Kat. Don't you remember-"

"Listen, I've got to go. I'm sorry, but I have no time."

And with that, he hung up.

"Crap." I muttered under my breath and shut my eyes. "It's official, I've been forgotten."

"KAAAAAAATTTTT!" Zander yelled and ran into the living room.

"What is it, kiddo?" I said and he climbed onto my lap.

"I hungry."

"Okay, okay. Let's find you a snack, and then you are going to take a nap." I said and he nodded his head a few times.

Zander was the weirdest toddler I had ever met, and sometimes the most mysterious one. But, he was my favorite child to babysit.
