"(First Name)-chan, how about we check out the new store nearby?"
You flinched and he saw this but didn't ask. You smiled at him.
"I-I can't right now, Koshi. Maybe some other time, yeah?"
All he did was nodded as you pecked his cheek before walking away.
He wanted to ask, to know what was the problem. It's killing him. The constant rejects and excuses was killing him.
He badly want to but he didn't know why he couldn't.
All I did was to care for you. And yet
"Are you okay, (First Name)-chan?" Sugawara worriedly asked.
You nodded as you take his hand as an assistance to stand up. Then an unknown guy to him walked towards you. "I'll take her to the infirmary" the male insisted.
"No, I'll take her there" but the male protested.
"Just let him, Koshi"
His eyes widened. Your voice, it sounded like pissed. Unbeknownst, the male already helped you to take in the infirmary while Sugawara was standing there, confused.
To all I did for you is something than I have never done before
So, he excused himself from the practice, to check you in the infirmary.
Maybe, I made a mistake
Maybe, she wasn't on the mood
Maybe, something happened,
Maybe, just maybe, she wasn't thinking well.
He keep thinking, only repeating the ones he wanted to know. He was scared if he thought about it. For, It might be true.
He was about to push the glass door but stopped.
To see you, giggling while the male from before kissed your cheek.
And that he was scared of
And yet, you destroyed my heart.
Your eyes widened to meet familiar brown eyes. Guilt and anxiousness filtered through you as you asked the male to excuse you both.
You hesitate to broke the silence as he was waiting for your explanation.
"K-Koshi, I-I'm s-sorry"
You looked down. "Sorry for what?" he asked but his voice was cold, that made you flinched before continuing.
"I-I'm sorry b-but I didn't love you"
You bowed down before walking away.
Leaving the grey-haired male hurt and devastated as tears rolled down his cheek.
To think, you were his light in his life.
And yet, you were still the one to fill it up with darkness
