"Fucking hurts"
Yamaguchi flinched with the sudden voice he heard from the distance. He was about to run back in the gym since he left something in the room, he was stopped to see you on the grass; your head bowing down as your hand clenching the grass.
He was hesitating at first, if he should call you first or poke on the shoulder until you suddenly looked up. "(L-Last Name)"
Your eyes widened for a moment before you looked down to wipe your tears, hiding your devastated face. "Ya-Yamaguchi-kun, what are you doing here?" you asked.
He gulped. "I-I kinda left something back in the room and about to go back in the gym u-u-until I saw you in here" he explained, stuttering from nervousness.
"A-Are you okay? W-Why are you crying? I'm sorry if I'm asking b—"
He stopped when you suddenly cry. He frantically panicked, didn't mean to make you cry again as he tried to think something for you to stop.
"I-I'm so-orry, I didn't mean to make you cry!"
However, that didn't stopped you from bursting out in tears. He bite his bottom lip in guilt, thinking another way. Until his cheeks flared in bright red.
He hesitated but soon move to wrap his arms around your shoulder. "S-Sorry" Well that (Of course) made you flinched and stop from sobbing, blushing as well in awkwardness. "Y-Yamaguchi-kun"
"I-I wanted to comfort you" he explained.
(30 seconds from wiping your tears and snot before)
"B-But isn't this awkward.." His eyes widened, to the realization that he was already hugging you a little too long (Cause yeah). As he jumped and move a little further from you.
"I-I'm sorry"
You chuckled, wiping the tears from your cheeks. "I-It's fine"
Embarrassing, he thought. Scratching his nape while looking away.
"But thanks for comforting me, Yamaguchi-kun" you smiled and bowed before walking away with a faint smile on your lips.
"Y-You're welcome" he mumbled, looking at your fleeing figure with a smile.
