You knew he was sad but is he acting like that. Acting like the loss didn't affect him that much. Your heart ached as you watch the brunette smiled and waved at you, approaching his way towards you.
"Thank you for waiting, I just had to—"
You snaked your arms around his neck, pulling him to lean on your shoulder. As you whisper. "Let it out"
He chuckled but you knew he was trying to suppress it. "W-What do you mean?" he asked but you remained silent, just still hugging him tho you needed to tiptoe so you could match his height.
Soon, you felt his head weighted on your shoulder as your coat starting to drench with his tears. You lightly patted his back, feeling his hug tightened but you didn't mind.
Since he needed you.
He pulled away, wiping his eyes while chuckling. "I'm sorry if I drenched your coat" you only smiled as you shoved your hands into your pockets.
"Snot. Nose" you laughed.
He blushed, immediately wiping the snot on his nose. "(F-First Name)-chan! You meanie!" as he turned around as if he was mad but you were still laughing.
Noticed the time, you reached for his hand and intertwined. "How about we buy some of your favorite food by the store?" He smiled as he nodded.
"Thanks, (First Name)"
"Of course, The girlfriend should do what she needs to do" you winked as he chuckled.
