» Graduation Day
"Can you believe it? We're all leaving." Eve sighs, "I can't believe I will be in Stanford University." She adds as we put on our graduation gowns over our outfits.
"At least I am out of my parent's restaurant." Eve put on her flats, and look over at me.
"You have been through so much, and the time we have together was so less--" Eve starts to tear up, "oh my make up." Eve looks back at the mirror.
"We can still keep in contact, we will visit during spring break and stuff." I say, trying to enlighten the atmosphere.
Eve grins, "let's go, the boys are probably outside now." Eve says, leaving my room.
"I will see you later, Dad!" I shouted, walking down the stairs.
"Graduation, here we come!" Eve looks up to the sky and smiles, "is she drunk already?" Jace raises his eyebrows at her.
"I am always drunk." Eve shot a wink at him.

"Alexandra Anderson will now take the podium." Our principal announces.
I walk up from my seat with my certificate in my hands, I stood on the podium and look out to my family.
"Good afternoon everybody, I am Blake Alexandra Anderson. I have prepared something, hope you guys like it."
"Emotions run on high
Fear,
of the world outside these walls
Sadness,
for the ones that you'll miss
Thankful,
for the memories
The music starts
The lead ball in your stomach grows
the anticipation of what is to come
the morning passes in a blur,
the voices of speakers blurring one into the next
before you know it your name is called
the lead ball is back, doubled in size
as you walk across the stage
and with one handshake,
the lead ball is gone
and four years of your life,
are over."I smiled and took a bow.
"Oh yeah and... We're free!" I shouted into the crowd and blow kisses into the air.
"They can't give me detention after this now." I laugh, walking back to my seat.
"2009 Graduation Cere--" I didn't hear the rest after that, all I heard was screaming of happiness from everyone.
We all threw our hats into the air, at this moment I knew, the person I had always loved-- will always be in my heart.
In the crowd, my eyes met his. I can only smile, and he smiled back.

"Bye baby sis," Alex hugs me tightly before going into his car. He is finally going away, he's going to Harvard University.
"Bye Max, take care of your sister okay?" Shane did his handshake with Max.
"Work hard, play hard, play smart. If anything happens, just a call away." He gives me a hug that last longer than usual.
"Everyone is growing up now, huh?" Dad looks at all of us.
"I am so proud of my little daughter." Dad and I did our handshake that we always did ever since I was a kid.
"We gotta say goodbye because it's gonna make me cry." I say, tearing up a little.
"Get going, little ones!" Dad waves goodbye as we got into the car.
"Are you ready, Max?" I look at him.
"Super ready!" Max smiles widely.
This drive, will be the longest drive of my life because I took the road that I wasn't suppose to go.
I purposely drive past Jace who is also saying goodbye.
Max waves at him.
And when I look at him, it reminded of a quote that my literature said when it was my last day back in the old town before I came here.
'If two people are meant to be, they will eventually find their way back some way, somehow.'
We don't know what the future will bring to the both us, but I wish nothing but the best to him.
"You got some guts to come here," Cameron says, standing in the driveway of his house.
"Yes, I got guts, Cameron!" I shouted out of the window.
Jace laughs at us, "have some hope too." He grins and got into his car.
"Move out of the way, I need to go to my university now." He hits the car horn at me.
A tear roll down my cheek while I was smiling widely at him, I put up my hand and wave goodbye.
I drove away, with tears rolling down my cheeks and laughing at the same time.
