Unsubs Aren't Their Only Problem (Criminal Minds Fanfic)

Help.

Ad's POV:
So I've been on bed rest for 2 months now. I still hate it. But the team needs help on a case that is local. Spence isn't okay with it. But I will do anything to get out of the house. The case is only a couple towns over. Spence came and got me. I was so happy to see everyone when I arrived. After learning about the case and discussing it we finally found the guy. The team went to get him while I had to stay at the station. After arresting him we all headed back to the BAU. It was storming outside and when I say storming, I mean storming. I sat in my chair while they finished up some paper work. We said our good nights and were on our separate ways home.
When we got home Spence went right to arguing. We have been arguing more frequently lately.
"The doctor said-"
I cut him off.
"I know what the doctor said. The team needed my help."
"You were put on bed rest for a reason. You aren't suppose to be going out and working."
"You need to stop treating me like a kid."
"You need to stop acting like one. You keep making decisions that can effects others Addilyn."
"And you keep acting like an ass Spencer." At this point we are basically screaming at one another.
"I'm only acting like this because I care."
"No because you feel like you can just control everything."
With that said I walked out. I didn't know we're I was going. I knew that Derek and Em were on a date so I walked to someones house who lived right down the street.
Hotch.
I was soaked from just walking in the rain for 3 minutes. When I finally got there I knocked on the door. Hotch answered soon after.
"Addi?"
"Can we talk?" I said with tears streaming down my face.
"Of course. Come in. We have to get you out of those wet clothes."
I walked in as he shut the door I stayed where I was because I was soaked. He ran upstairs, came back down with a pair of sweatpants, a T-shirt and a towel. He directed me to his bathroom where I got cleaned up and changed. I came out and Hotch asked me to sit in one of the bar stools in his kitchen. I sat down and he asked
"Are you hungry?"
"No but thank you for asking"
"Come on Ad you aren't the least bit hungry?"
"I've lost my apatite..."
"So what happened?" He asked handing me a bottle of water.
"We got in a fight which is pretty normal lately but I was just done."
"Done? As in done done?" He said gesturing to my finger. I starting spinning it around my ring finger as I thought.
"I don't know... I mean I love him. But I just can't keep doing this."
"How about this? How bout you sleep here tonight and sleep on the idea, think about it and we'll talk more in the morning?"
"Thank you."
"There's no need to thank me. I love you and I know you would do the same for me." He took me up to his room while my phone wouldn't stop buzzing. (And not that way. Come on guys get your minds out of the gutters. Lol)
"Who is that?" He asked looking at my phone.
"Spence."
"Do you want me to talk to him?"
"You don't ha-" I was cut off by him talking my phone and answering it.
"Reid?" I could hear Spence talking to.
"Hotch? Is Ad okay?"
"She's fine. She'll be staying at my house tonight."
"Just tell her I'm sorry please..." I knew he was crying which caused tears to form in my eyes.
"Of course." They hung up and Hotch turned around and saw me crying.
"Hey... It's okay." He said as he wiped away the tears.
"Are you tired?"
"A little..."
"Okay. Good night." He said as he began to walk out.
"Hey where are you sleeping?"
"The couch"
"No I'm not gonna kick you out of your own bed." I said getting up.
"You are 8 months pregnant. You aren't sleeping on the couch."
"Then sleep in here with me."
"I don't think that would be a good idea..."
"Come on Hotch you are like a brother to me. Please..." I made a pouty lip. He finally gave in and we crawled into bed.
