Ad's POV:
We are able to leave and get back home. I'm so happy we get to take our little girl home. We signed what we needed to and headed out with Peyton in her carrier. We got to the plane and were immediately greeted by everyone.
"Hey guys!" Every said at once.
"Shh..." Spence said because Peyton was sleeping.
They apologized as I set her down in one of the seats as Spence tried to buckle it in. But he couldn't figure it out. He began to get frustrated. As everyone watch and laughed a little including myself.
"How is it that the genius can't even buckle a car seat in?" Derek asked.
"It's not as easy as it looks." He stated.
"Reid its a buckle."
"Okay Morgan give it a try."
He got up and began trying to buckle it in but had ran into troubles like Spence.
"How is it that these two gets badges and guns but can't buckle a car seat in?" I said trying to imitate Derek. Everyone laughed as I got up and pushed them aside. I didn't take long before I got it buckled. Spence and Derek stood back in aw. We took our seats and discussed random things for the rest of the plane ride. When we landed I couldn't be more happy to go home. Spence drove while I sat in the back to keep an eye on Peyton. I didn't take long for me to realize that we weren't going the right way.
"Spence were are we going?"
"You'll see." He smirked.
What is going on I thought to myself.
After about 10 minutes we pulled up to a house.
"Spence where are we?"
"We are home."
"What?" I said confused.
"This is our home."
I got out in aw and grabbed the car seat that held the sound asleep Peyton.
"Spence?..."
"I've been planning this for months. Everything is already moved in and set up."
"You bought a house?"
"We bought a house for our family."
We walked into a beautiful house. As we walked inside we walked into a area that branched off into different directions. To the right there was a hallway which lead to a guest bedroom and bathroom. The left led to the kitchen that had a island and was beautiful. The dining room was somewhat attached to the kitchen, and the living room was lower than the rest of the 1st floor. (I forget what that's called)
Spence led me upstairs where there was a cute little nursery where I put Peyton so she could sleep after laying her in her crib and grabbing the baby monitor we then proceeded to our bedroom. There was a walk-in closet and bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, a shower, and of course the double sinks. There is also another guest bedroom upstairs. He then took me into the basement.
There was somewhat of a second living room go one side but a library to the other.
"I love it Spence." I said wrapping my arms around his neck.
"There's something else down here that should stay between us. Follow me."
He took my hand and walked over to one of the bookcases.
Be then proceeded to open it and we walked into a room.
"Spence?"
"This is a safety room. There's a ladder that leads here from the kitchen as well as it leads out to a shed out back. It's for emergencies. Security cameras have been installed and can be viewed in here as well as on your phone. There's food, water, blankets, phone, and basically anything you could need in case of an emergency."
"Well doctor Reid you've just thought of everything, haven't you?" I said wrapping my arms around his neck again.
"Well I wanted a pool but I felt that we should wait, for Peyton's safety." He stated. I laughed.
"Good call. Someone's gonna be a protective father. I feel bad for anybody who hurts Peyton."
"All I can say is I have a gun and I definitely know how to use it." I smiled and kissed him. That's when I heard crying coming from the little box in my back pocket. I went to go check on Peyton when Spence stopped me.
"I got it." He smiled, gave me a peck on the lips and ran upstairs. I followed not far behind. When I finally got upstairs I saw Spence rocking Peyton and trying to sooth her. I smiled as I leaned on the doorframe and quickly got my phone out to take a picture. After taking it I set it as my wallpaper. Our little family I thought to myself.
