Lillianna's pov

"You look cheerful this morning." Damon smirked as I sank onto the couch grumbling and holding my head.
"Shut up." I moaned. "I'm never letting you talk me into a drinking game with you ever again."
"Excuse me?" he chuckled. "Whose idea was the game?"
"Ok!" I groaned. "I'll never suggest a drinking game with you ever again."
"Probably a good idea." Stefan grinned as he came into the room. "Damon, you ready?"
"Ready for what?" I frowned.
"Err......we're going to talk to Katherine." Stefan finally answered.
"Good luck." I snorted and then groaned when that hurt my head. "I'm going back to bed."
"I thought you'd try and come too." Damon grinned. "Guess you are feeling rough."
"Damon you have absolutely no sympathy." Stefan said, shaking his head. "Go on Lia. I'll bring you a glass of water up and some painkillers."
"Thanks Stefan."

After taking the painkillers and drinking some water I slept for another couple of hours and I was feeling almost totally refreshed when I woke up. My stomach was growling like mad so I headed downstairs in search of some food to find Rose about to leave the house with Elena.
"Where are you two going?" I frowned.
"None of your business." Rose retorted and I glared at her.
"Trust me Rose we're better off telling her." Elena smiled. "We're going to see Slater, the guy that got hold of Elijah for Rose. I think he could have some more information about Klaus for us."
"Ok but we have to stop for some food on the way, otherwise, I'm gonna pass out."
"Huh?" Rose frowned; looking confused and Elena just patted her on the back as I walked past them and got in Elena's car.
"She's just invited herself along. Don't argue or she'll most likely go straight to Stefan and Damon."

We did stop for some food although Rose said it was just because she couldn't stand the sound of my stomach growling. She was obviously not too pleased that I'd come along.
"Rosy stop glaring at me." I said sweetly and she rolled her eyes and looked out of the window as Elena struggled not to laugh.
Eventually we arrived at the apartment and went inside. Rose began calling for Slator but then I walked into the kitchen area and announced,
"I don't think he's going to be much help."
Rose and Elena came over and saw what I was seeing, Slater dead on the floor.
"I think crap sums the situation up pretty well." I grinned and Rose shot me a disgruntled look as I flopped into an armchair and Elena began looking through the things on his desk.
"He was a good friend." She snapped as she dragged his body out of the way. "He didn't deserve to be staked."
"Yeah, well he was and there ain't much you can do about that." I snorted and suddenly she was in my face.
"I would love to kill you right now." She growled and I raised an eyebrow at her.
"Go ahead. I'm sure Stefan and Damon will be very pleased."

Snarling she moved away from me and threw a chair across the room.
"Feel better?" I snorted but she just ignored me and sat down opposite me, taking deep breaths.
"You are infuriating." She announced after a while.
"Thanks." I grinned. "I do try my best."
She gave me a small smile and said,
"I can see why Damon likes you so much when he's usually pretty anti-human."
"Was that a compliment?" I grinned and she chuckled.
"Yeah I think it was. Hang on.......someone else is in here."
Rose stood up and opened a door as me and Elena exchanged worried looks.
"Alice?" Rose asked in surprise.
"Rose!" a woman cried and launched herself at Rose.
Rose awkwardly patted her on the back and Elena held up a photo frame.
"Oh I get it." I said slowly, looking at the picture and realising that Alice was Slater's human girlfriend. "Hey Alice? Do you know Slater's password?"
"Are you seriously asking me that right now?" Alice scowled at me and I realised that she wasn't really upset about Slater but about something else and that's when it clicked.
"If you help us I'm sure Rosy will turn you as a favour."
I saw Alice's eyes light up and I knew I was right.

Alice immediately went over to the computer and put in the password before looking for the backup files.
"You do know that she's going nowhere near my blood don't you?" Rose hissed in my ear so Alice wouldn't hear her.
"Yep." I grinned. "But she doesn't know that."
"Devious little bitch." She muttered and I burst out laughing, making Elena and Alice jump.
"Sorry." I grinned. "Rosy's just hilarious."
"Thanks." Rose said, rolling her eyes and then she pointed at the computer. "What about that one? Cody Webber. They exchanged dozens of emails about Elijah."
"I could call him." Alice shrugged and Elena sighed before saying,
"Tell him that we're trying to send a message to Klaus. The doppelganger is alive and she's ready to surrender."
"WHAT?!" I shrieked and Alice yelped at the noise.
I grabbed Elena and dragged her down the corridor where Alice couldn't hear us and Rose followed us.
"Elena are you out of your mind?!" I hissed. "I can't let you do this! Damon and Stefan will actually murder me this time!"
"No they won't." she sighed.
"Yeah but they might kill me!" Rose butted in. "So this whole charade was a suicide mission so you can sacrifice yourself and save everyone else?!"
Elena refused to look at the two of us and before I could yell at her again for being stupid Alice came over.
"Cody's on his way." Alice said. "And he really wants to meet you."
"Bloody brilliant." I muttered, casting Elena another irritated look.
"I'll ring Damon." Rose whispered in my ear as we walked back into the kitchen.
"Good idea." I whispered back.

"Finally!" I cheered when Damon turned up but he just glared at me.
"Don't Lia. I'm pretty pissed off with you right now. You too Rose. Rose get that girl out of here."
"It wasn't my fault!" I protested as Rose got Alice to leave. "It was all Elena's idea and she didn't tell us what....."
"Lia!" Damon snapped. "Please just shut up!"
"Fine!" I growled, sitting back down on the armchair in a huff as Damon turned his anger on Elena instead.
"Come on." He growled. "We're leaving."
"No!" Elena objected. "I'm not going with you!"
"You do not get to make decisions anymore!" he snapped.
"When have I ever made a decision?!" she retorted. "You and Stefan have made every decision for me!"
"She's right there like." I snorted and Elena and Damon turned to look at me, snapping at the same time,
"Lia shut up!"
"Ok."

Before Damon could physically drag Elena out of the apartment the door burst open and three vampires walked in.
"Brilliant." I snorted. "The flipping henchmen are here."
"Don't patronise me you insignificant little insect." The vampire in the middle sneered and I raised an eyebrow.
"That was the best you could do?" I giggled and Damon quickly stepped in front of me as the vampire took a step forwards looking pissed off.
"Lia now would be a good time to shut up." He muttered.
"Will everyone stop telling me to shut up!" I growled and Damon shook his head in exasperation.
The vampire took another step forwards but then there was a loud snap and he crumpled to the floor, dead, to reveal Elijah had appeared.
"Hey dude!" I yelled. "Told you he wasn't dead Damon! Ha!"
"Point made." Damon said hoarsely as Elijah ripped the hearts out of the other two vampires.
"Lillianna." Elijah smiled at me. "Pleasure to see you again."
"See Elijah's happy to see me." I grinned, nudging Damon who pulled a face at me.
"You don't even know Elijah. Why are you acting like he's a friend of yours?"
"Maybe I am a friend of hers." Elijah shrugged and winked at me before disappearing again.
"Ha ha! Look at your face!" I laughed at Damon who rolled his eyes and said loudly,
"Right, well we're clearly done here. Let's get back to Mystic Falls."
"Oh you spoil all my fun."

Dunno 'bout you but Elijah in my opinion is f'ing awesome😂he's my favorite.
