Escape

You an Ben planned your escape, for late that night when everybody went to sleep. "(Y/N), you ready?" Ben asked you "Ya, I'm ready. Ben pulled on his mask and cloak, and then you and him headed towards the hanger bay. " okay, after we get aboard we're going to have to destroy the tracking device, that's on the control panels." Ben said, you nodded in response, you couldn't wait to see Leia again it has been years. You two walked through the hanger bay, reaching a medical supplies ship. You waited to destroy the control panel after they, granted you access to leave. " Ok, we're granted access to leave," Ben said walking on board the ship. You started slowly taking off, and once you had gotten off the star killer base, you turned your lightsaber on then drove it through the tracking device. Ben was driving the ship now, you sitting in passenger seat. " Ok, we're ready for hiperspeed." Ben said reaching up and flipping, some switchs above his head. The ship pulled back, as it seemed the stars were stretching in front of you, and then the ship went forward sending you in to, what looked like a vortex of blueness. After about a few seconds of this Ben blurted out " Ok, we're here." and with that the the blueness around You disappeared and the ship came came upon the planet D'Qar, where the resistance base was located. You were about to jump out of your seat with pure, happiness you couldn't wait to finally see Leia again after so long. You two headed towards the planet and once you were in the atmosphere, they started firing at you. Ben quickly took of his mask, and said through the intercom, which sent it to the resistance base ( sorry, I don't know much about the techy stuff here.) " Hold, your fire this ship is carrying Princess (Y/N) (Y/L/N)- Organa. So I suggest, if you don't want to get her killed hold fire." Immeaditally the firing stopped, they let you through and as soon as you landed, you ran leaving Ben on the ship trying to find Leia. Once you got off the ship, you saw Leia in the crowd joy showing in her eyes as she spotted you. " Leia!" You yelled trying to move past the people in front of you. You soon reached the General and hugged her, she hugged you back until. " Umm.....(Y/N), " Ben said, you turned to see him scratching the,back of his head as everybody stared at him. You turned to Leia who's eyes were wide, with joy, and surprise " He came back, he kept his promise Leia, he came back with me. He teaching me the ways of the force, and he helped me escape." you said. You grabbed Leia's hand and lead her out of the crowd towards her son. Once you reached him " Ben," she whispered loud enough for him and you to hear, " Hey, mom." Ben said. Leia immeaditally wrapped her arms around him, embracing him in a hug. At first he tended up but soon returned the hug, " Your, home," Leia whispered. She then turned to you and said " your both home," even louder than before. Everybody heard this and started cheering, "Now, come along we have too get you changed into some better clothes." She said pushing you and Ben in front of her. Ben still seemed nervous and tense still, so you grabbed his hand and held it tight. Ben let out a sigh of releif, and tightend his grip on your hand, you looked at Leia who mouthed too you thank you. Then you three continued walking until you reached the doors to the inside of the base.
