Chapter Three
The Alpha

Amara's POV

The Black Wolf Man pulled me into a clearing in the forrest with houses; a large building which I knew had to be their Pack House, and the most gorgeous building which could only be the Meeting Building.

My eyes wandered around the clearing. This pack is a lot better looking than most of the packs Mother and I have watched over.

But again, this is the MoonLight Pack. Mother and I have watched over them in the earlier years. They were very cruel. They didn't give rogues a chance before they killed them.

Actually I'm not even sure why I am still alive.

Maybe it's the small fact you were in a gown or maybe it is because you are the first white wolf in thousands of years.

Smart ass, Wolf.

I heard that!

I hoped you would.

Wolf Man was leading me towards the Meeting Building. My shaking was increasing. He was bringing me to their Alpha.

He was twenty-three human years old. He was so cruel because he had found his mate a few months after he turned sixteen, but a five years after she was killed by some rogues.

Mother tells me that not having your mate makes you fill empty, lost, and miserable. And it supposed to be even worse when they die. I was actually surprised he didn't commit suicide right away.

I feel bad for the werewolves who experience that, but I don't think it is an excuse for him to be so cold and heartless.

But again, who am I to judge?

I've never had a mate and never will; the perks of being a princess.

Wolf Man opened the door and we stepped inside.

An intoxicating aroma filled my senses making me purr in delight. It smelt like roses, honey, and chemicals?

Hey, Priscilla! What is that smell?

Cologne, obviously.

Two questions; what is the other smell and what is cologne?

She didn't answer. It must just be regular amazing smells.

I stopped my walking to sniff the air again.

Wolf Man shoved me in the back causing unbearable pain to shoot up my shoulder. "Keep moving!" he commanded.

I hastily obeyed him and soon, we were in front of a large wooden oak door.

The smell was so strong here! I wanted to burst through the doors and find out where the aroma was coming from and take the plant or object or whatever with me so I could smell it all of the time.

Wolf Man pounded on the door. "Alpha, we have a pretty interesting rogue here! Permission to come in?"

A gorgeous voice answered almost breathlessly back,"Permission!"

The door opened and what I saw was no plant or object.

It was a man. Well man was an understatement. He was a God, and believe me I should know.

The smell folded off of him in waves and I stared at him in his ice cold blue eyes.

Mate.

Oh, now you talk?

Amara, that is our mate! That is our mate!

But..I don't have a mate! I am the Moon Princess! I don't even want a mate! I want my kingdom! I want freedom!

You are also half werewolf and believe me, that is our mate! Nice speech though. Maybe you are related to Martin Luther King Jr.

The Alpha stared back at me looking in shock.

Suddenly his eyes shifted over to the Wolf Man holding my arm.

Alpha stood up and growled,"Mine! Do not touch her."

Wolf Man looked at me and said,"Alpha, this is the rogue-"

"She is my mate! Now take your hands off of her this instant before I rip them off!"

Wolf Man seemed to finally understand and he dropped his hand from my arm immediately.

"I'm sorry Alpha."

"Leave!" Alpha shouted.

The guard left the room quickly and I diverted my eyes from the gorgeous Alpha.

I felt his pleasing warmth as he came over to me.

"Look at me." His gorgeous husky voice demanded.

I whispered,"No."

I am a princess. I have never been commanded to do anything and I am not starting now. Mate or not.

"Please."

My heart melted and without thinking I looked at him and instantly regretted it.

He looked at me deeply and wonderfully causing shivers down my spine.

"Mate." He whispered stepping closer to me.

"No." I mumbled back. He was too close.

He's not close enough.

He scowled as I said it and he put a thumb under my chin and lifted it up.

"You are so beautiful."

I blushed. I'm not sure why though. I have been told I am beautiful for thousands of years. Why only now did it effect me?

Because he is our mate!

I am regretting having a wolf now.

I sighed,"Don't tell me that, please." I almost begged whenever I said please. Why was my body acting like this? I can't have a man ,well God, affect me so much.

"Never." He smirked back, making me aggravated.

I pulled back from his touch and turned my back from him causing him to growl. I will not be so easily persuaded!

I am a 19thousand year old Princess! I will not fall for him ever!

This Alpha is about to have his mate put up a damn hard fight.

I secretly smiled.

This was going to be fun.

****

Princess Amara has a mate? How the fluck is this even possible?

Any ideas on who should play Cole "the Alpha" and Amara?

Next chapter will be in the mysterious Alpha's POV.

Thoughts? Predictions? Questions?

Fact: This book idea came to me in a dream. Weird right?
