Chapter 5

Finally it’s Monday. Not that I wanted this day to come but I wondered how today is going to turn out.

“Are you alright?” Alex asks for the millionth time since I got to the bus. “Yes Alex I’m fine but you won’t be if you keep asking questions” I said giving her my best death glare.

“Ouch! Cranky much”, “I’m sorry I’m just in a bad mood”, “Why?” Alex asks “Can you stop asking questions!?”, “How come you can ask questions?”, “I hate you so much right now!” She chuckles “Alright I’ll stop”, “Thanks”

After our little argument we got to school. I saw Jake a couple of time I could feel him looking at me but I was trying my best to not notice him I can’t believe I’m saying this but I can’t wait to get to class.

As soon as the first bell rang I ran to my first period and sigh deeply when I sat down I couldn’t take Jake looking at me I knew that if one more second passed I’d walk up to him and say something but I had to stay strong. But I don’t know how long I could take not talking to him I’m not in love with him or anything but-

“Hey there beautiful”

My thoughts were interrupted by a familiar voice I quickly turned around to face him, “Uh hey?” I have to admit cute guys are my weakness so imagine a hot guy, I almost died. “You free this Friday?”, “Are asking me on a date?” I asked confused yet excited.

 “What if I am?” Should I go on a date, after what happened with Jake I know I have to move on but, no Silver no buts you have to move on, just because he was the first hot guy to ever be interested in you doesn’t mean you can’t move on, now you have another even hotter guy asking you out you can’t turn him down.

 “Hello, you there?” Austin asked waving his hand in front of my face, “Uh yea of course”, “Of course you’re there or of course you’ll go with me on a date?”, I smirked “Of course to both”

“…and then he asked me on a date!”, “Oh my gosh no way! You’re so lucky! He’s gorgeous!”, “I know right!!?”, “You said yes right!?”, “Hell yea I’m not stupid! I was like of course, but inside I was like yes!!!!” Alex laughs “Did you get his number?”, “Of course, we exchanged numbers and I gave him my address and so on”

“So where are we going?” I asked Austin feeling a little deja vou from the time I asked that to Jake. “We’re going to the mall to watch a movie”, “Cool” was my amazing response, I can’t help but be shy with his parents taking us to the movies and all, I forgot Austin isn’t 16 like Jake, okay Silver you have to stop thinking about Jake why do you like him so much anyways his a jerk.

“Uh this is the mall?”, “Uh yea there’s a movie theater in the mall” he said in a tone which made me feel dumb “okay”,  “What time do we pick you up?” Austin’s mom asked “I’ll call you guys when the movies over” we made our way to the movie theater we picked a movie and he paid for me, the movie started at 7:20 and it was 6:50 so we had extra time.

“You’re very beautiful you know that?” Austin asked making my heart skip a beat “Really well thank you”, “Just saying what I think” I smiled and looked to my right and I saw someone unexpected, Jake, but he wasn’t alone he was with a blond short girl, I can’t lie she’s very beautiful, I saw Jake look fast to where I was and when he met my gaze he was startled so I did something that in my right mind I wouldn’t do, I kissed Austin.

At first he was also startled but when he noticed what was happening he didn’t hesitate to act. He put his hand on my sides –a little too low for my taste. And pushed me toward him, I pulled him closer by his neck and closed the gap between us, our lips moving in sync, I can’t lie his lips are as soft as a cotton.

When I pulled away I looked over at Jake and saw him walking toward us and my heart picked pace and my breathing fastened. “Hey guys what’s going on?”  Jake asked looking at both of us but mostly me, “Jake! What’s going on man?” Austin said to Jake and my jaw touched the floor.

“You guys know each other?” I asked confused “Yea we know each other from my last school, we met when I was in 6 grade and he was in seventh” Austin said, “Oh”, “Yea so you guys dating?” before Austin could say anything I said “This is actually our first date” I said not really answering his question “Oh, To the mall” He said looking at me like saying I knew something.

 “Uh we’re actually going to watch a movie” Austin said jumping to the rescue “And it’s about to start come on Austin we got to go, it was nice to see you again Jake, NOT!”, “Bye Jake” Austin says, “Bye guys have fun”.

Yea I know what I said to Jake was kind of bitchy but he deserves it how dare he turns me down like it’s all good well it’s not and I’m going to prove it to him. I’m going to make him jealous with Austin.

Between the movie Austin and I hold hand and I leaned to him throughout the whole movie, when it was over we went to eat something. We talked and shared some laughs and enjoy our food of course, I have to admit Austin is not so bad when you get to know him.

“You know, this was actually really fun, just chilling with you” I said “I know I’m a fun guy” I chuckled at his response “Silver you’re beautiful, smart and a nice girl and I think we should go on many dates together” Austin said getting closer and closer till our faces were inches apart, and in a second our lips were touching soft and nice, I could get use to this.

“Hey guys no PDA in the mall” We pulled apart to look at Jake “Really Jake you just ruined a beautiful moment” Austin said “I wanted to ask you guys if you wanted to come play bowling with my cousin” Jake said pointing at the blond short girl next to him and I face palmed myself “Actually my parents are coming to pick us up” Austin said, “Alright well I’ll see you guys around” “Okay bye”

After that we kept eating and Austin paid for dinner then his parents came and they took me to my house “Bye Mr. and Mrs. Aguirre thanks for everything” and with that I closed the door and I went straight to my room after giving a kiss to my mom of course.
