Once again I woke up with Pmac singing invincible. But instead of groaning I turned off my alarm and happily jumped from my bed and went to take a bath and I put my uniform on. I ate my favorite cereal, Special K, and I went to brush my teeth. I quickly fixed my curls from yesterday and with a cute pin I grabbed two strands of hair from either side of my head right on top of my ear and pined them together making a cute look, then I grabbed a big strand of hair from either side of my shoulder and I put them in front of my shoulder creating a super cute yet simple look.
I once again grabbed my earphones and plugged them in my phone going to Pandora and putting a love station. When I opened my phone I noticed I had a message that said,
Good morning beautiful J -Jake
A smiled appeared on my face. O.M.G he’s so cute. I quickly replied with,
Good morning Jake J -Silver
As I was putting my phone in my pocket I heard my bus. I put my bag over my shoulder and stepped out. I went inside my bus greeting my bus driver and going straight to Alex with a huge smile in my face, I probably looked like the Joker but I didn’t care. “Hey Silver what’s with the Joker smile” I pouted at her for a second and then went back to my Joker smile. “Look!” and I showed her the phone. She was smiling but for a second she frowned and quickly replaced it with a fake smile “Awe, that’s so sweet”
She said, trying to sound sincere but failing. I look at her trying to find an answer but failing “Alex what’s going on, I’m your best friend please tell me, do you like Jake because I will-“, she interrupted me “NO! No Silver I don’t, you don’t understand-“ Now it was my turn to interrupt her “Yes Alex you’re right I don’t understand so can you please explain it to me.”
She looked hesitant at first but then she said, “I didn’t want to tell you because I don’t know what you’d think of me but you’re right you’re my best friend you deserve to know, but I won’t tell you here were people can hear me, after school meet me at the park in front of the school, can you do that?”, “I suppose I can tell my mom to pick me up.” “Great.” she says and we drop the conversation, and we talk about nothing in particular.
When we got to school we went straight to stuff our faces, the food isn’t really good but its food and we can’t concentrate with empty stomachs so we eat. Then we started to walk around just talking and joking around. Then spotted a familiar face looking at me, yea you got it, Jake. He waved at me and of course I waved back, and then he started walking to us, Alex immediately stopped taking and looked at me I just shrugged.
“Hey Silver, Hey Alex.” “Hey” we both said at the same time, actually I said it more excitedly but you get me. He chuckled “Can I steal her from you?” He asked directly at Alex. “Uh sure” she said.
Alex left in a second and I was left with Jake. “So, what was so important that you had to steal me from Alex?” I asked jokingly. “Well I wanted to talk about our date this Friday.” Just hearing him say that made my day. “What about it?” I said trying to sound cool but not rude. “I wanted to ask you why’d you prefer to do, I mean I wanted it to be a surprise but what if you don’t like it?” I smiled and blushed “Anything you do will be perfect don’t worry just knowing that you planned it, I will already love it.” I said with a smile.
I could notice his cheeks getting pinkish OMG is he blushing awe! “Really? Well in that case I know the perfect thing to do.” He said with a smile not a smirk or a grin a real sincere smile, man I love those. “Which is…?” I asked with a smirk, “Uh Uh! It’s a surprise but don’t worry you’ll love it.” He gave me a kiss in the cheek and walked away. O.M.G!! I am never going to wash this cheek, ever! I can’t wait for Friday.
The day also passed with a breeze, everything we did in all my classes was listen to the teacher talk about projects in the future and papers and pencils and so many thing I don’t care about. The last bell finally rang and my phone vibrated I checked and it was a message
Remember to meet me after school in the park in front of the school – Alex
O.M.G I can’t believe I almost forgot. I quickly grabbed all my stuff and ran as fast as I could to the park well as fast as I could in a crowded hall so pretty much walked, anyway when I got to the park I quickly grabbed my phone and texted my phone
Mom I missed the bus my bad the halls were too crowded so I took too long and the bus left, can you pick me up, thanks J - Silver
I only asked to be nice, she has to pick me up. Moments later Alex was here and we were sitting on the grass, “So Alex what was so important that you could tell me in the bus, or anywhere for that matter.” “Okay I’m going to tell you what happened last year but you have to promise two things number one, you won’t tell anyone and number two you can’t interrupt until I’m done.” “Okay I promise” I say kind of freaked out.
“Okay for starters this happened last year. Okay last year I met Jake and we got to talking and we dated, I really liked him.” By now my eyes where the size of golf balls. “We dated for a while so he trusted me enough to tell me about his parents, which I don’t want to tell you because is not my story to tell. Well anyways there was this party that some guy was holding. I really wanted to go but Jake didn’t want to, he told me that , that’s same night his parents where making a big dinner and his family wanted me to go, but I denied and said that I already had plans that I couldn’t turn down.
But it was a lie I just wanted to go to the party, don’t get me wrong I did want to go to the dinner party with his family but the party wasn’t something that happened all the time. So I went to the party I saw there his best friend and we hanged out for a while we drank way too much and when I woke up I was naked next to him and he was naked also and… I lost my virginity with Jakes best friend.” she paused for a second and took a deep breath.
“I didn’t want to tell Jake because he’ll know that I led to him and that I got drunk and that I slept with his best friend. So I told that guy that we shouldn’t tell him and he agreed. Weeks passed and me and him couldn’t take the guilt anymore so we told him when he found out he was crushed he never wanted to see me again or his best friend. Months passed and he forgived his best friend but he didnt forgive me he said he couldn’t forgive me no matter how much he wanted to he just couldn’t. Not after I knew his secret. So no I don’t have a crush on Jake I just want him to forgive me”.
I took a deep breath taking all that information in, then I said “What if I talk to him and get him to tell you he forgives you”, “You’ll do that!?”, “Of course I would, why wouldn’t I?”, “You’re right, thanks you you’re amazing” “You’re welcome that’s what friend are for”.
As if on cue my mom’s car beeped, “Oh hey mom!” “Hey Mrs. Aguilar” Alex said. “Hey Alex Hi sweaty, what are you guys up to” “Nothing much were waiting for Alex’s mom to pick her up”, “Why don’t I just give you a ride” “Really!? Thanks Mrs. Aguilar.” “You’re welcome, Come on girls hop on.”
