ELEVEN

- SEAN'S POINT OF VIEW -

I was leaning in. But suddenly Hala pulled back and looked as if she was uncomfortable. I was about to kiss her. Hala. Kiss Hala. What am I thinking? I have Katrina. I can't do that to her. But there was something about Hala, when I looked into her eyes. It was like, I wanted to kiss her.

"Um, we should head back." She said, awkwardly. I nodded and got up, helping her up to her feet.

"Thanks again, for the necklace. That was really sweet of you." She said, giving me a sweet smile.

"You're welcome. I just wanted to know if we can be friends again?" I asked, getting a hopeful feeling. She sighed and nodded. A smile grew to my face as it did on hers. She then walked next to me and patted my back.

"Let's get going O'Donnell." She said. I chuckled and wrapped my arm around her shoulder as we began to walk home.

"I want to watch a movie!" I said.

After Hala and I left the park, we decided to hang out at Jake's place for a little while.

"What movie?" Hala asked.

Hmm, what movie? "Tita-" I said but Hala cut me off.

"No Sean!" She said.

I laughed. "I was only joking." I winked, as she rolled her eyes.

"Then what movie?" Jake asked.

"How about., Save Haven." Hala said.

"But that's just like the Titantic." I groaned. She looked at me and raised an eyebrow.

"What the heck are you talking about? Titantic has something to do with a damn ship getting hit by an iceberg! Safe Haven is a whole different story." She stated. I rolled my eyes playfully.

"Oh, let's just put the damn movie on!" Jake said. Hala stood up and grabbed the DVD, placing it in the DVD player. She then came and sat beside me, hitting me playfully. I looked at her in shock and she laughed. Her laughter died down as the movie started.

It was around 6 in the evening. It was just Hala and I. Jake had went upstairs to take a nap. Right now, Hala was literally fangirling over Josh Duhamel. What the hell is wrong with her?

"OH MY GOD! HE'S SO HOT!" She squealed.

"Are you serious? I'm way more good looking then that!" I said.

"True, but he's still damn hot." She said. I laughed.

After a couple of minutes. Hala broke the silence.

"Thanks again, you know..for the necklace." She said.

"No problem. I'm just really happy that we're friends again." I said. She nodded, then let out a yawn.

"Well I think I should get going."

"Okay, do you want me to drive you home?" I offered, as I stood up.

"Sean, I live literally 2 minutes away from Jake's house. I think I'll be okay." She said.

I chuckled. "Alright, I guess I'll talk to you later." I said.

"Bye Sean." She then turned my head towards the TV and gave me a kiss on the cheek. She then walked towards the door and left, casually. I placed my hand on the area where she kissed me. I'm blushing.

I think I liked it.
