Deysi and Amanda had finished getting ready not long after I did. I was amazed when my best friend stepped out of the bathroom. This was the first time I had ever seen her in a dress.
"Amanda. You look...amazing." I stated and she smiled.
"You really do Amanda." Deysi added. "Guys stop, you're making me blush." She laughed and stuck my tongue out at them. "You guys look pretty great yourselves." She commented and Deysi and I smiled. "Well we gotta get going so cmon!" She shouted and walked off the bus, the two of us following close behind. "Alright, Luke said hes going to wait around the front for us to tell us the "game plan"" She laughed using finger quotations. We got to the stadium and saw Luke leaning up against it. "Cmon'! I have to be on stage soon!" He yelled and grabbed Amanda's hand, dragging her through the small hallways. She suddenly stopped and I realized why. She spotted Calum over by the dressing room. "What? Cmon we have to keep going." Luke said and she shook her head. "Not until Calum goes somewheres else." She stated and he turned around to look. "Just come on, we'll be fine." He said and lead us through the stadium away from Cal. Man, seeing him made this finally feel real.
"Okay, you guys see that little empty spot right there in front of the stage?" He asked and we all nodded. "Okay. Just before we finish singing "Amnesia" I'll motion you guys to come out and you're going to stand there. And after Calum dedicates Beside You to Emily, I'll point her out to him and sHABANG! Happy Calum is happy!" He laughed causing us all to giggle. "Alright well we have to go on stage in like 2 minutes so I'll see you in a little bit okay?" He asked and Amanda nodded. "Good luck baby, I love you." She smiled. "Thanks Penguin, love you too." He said and kissed her cheek, before sprinting off to the stage. Amanda, Deysi and I walked towards the side of it and stayed back a bit further, just so I couldn't be seen from the stage. The 3 of us just stood their jamming out to our boyfriends beautiful music.
"Emily? Is that you?" A familiar Irish accent called from behind us.
"Niall! Oh my god I've missed you!" I squealed and ran over to hug him.
"I've missed you too love. Texting just isnt enough. I've missed seeing my bestfriend." He pouted and Amanda and I both laughed.
"I know. Its been awhile." I smiled.
"So what are you doing here?" He asked.
"Oh, well I'm gonna be with you guys for the rest of the summer. I'm about to surprise Calum in a few minutes actually." I said smiling widely.
"Wow thats great! Well I'll see you in a little bit then yeah?" Niall asked and I muttered a yeah before joining Amanda and Deysi once again. We listened and sang along to the last few verses of "Amnesia" before we saw Luke subtly wave us over. Well this was it.
"Come on Em. Time to surprise Cal." Amanda smiled and I squeaked with joy. We walked into the crowd just before Luke sang his last line. This is it! I can't wait to see the look on his face!
*Calums POV*
Singing "Amnesia" just made me miss Emily even more. I just wish she could be here with me. Sighing, I walked to my mic and began to announce the next song. "Alright guys. The next song is very special to me. I would like to dedicate it to someone extremely close to my heart. This is "Beside-" I was cut off by Luke tapping on my shoulder. "What mate?" I questioned, confused. "Look." He smiled and pointed to the front of the stage. I looked around for a few seconds before I spotted Amanda and Deysi. I swear my heart nearly stopped when I saw Emily standing next to them. I looked over at Luke in disbelief. "R-really?" I stuttered, almost choking from the tears trying to escape. He just simply nodded and I ripped my bass off my shoulders and handed it to him. "Im sorry guys. Just give me a minute." I mumbled into the microphone before running to the edge of the stage and hopping off of it. "Y-you're here." I whispered and I grabbed Emily's hands in mine. "Im here." She whispered back and I pressed my lips to hers. My hands slipped onto her waist as hers went to the back of my neck to deepen the kiss. I could hear the crowd awhing behind us and I snapped back into realitly. We both pulled back, panting. "I've missed you so fucking much." I mumbled and she mutter an 'I know'. "Now go on CalBaby. Get back to your concert." She smirked and I groaned at her nickname for me. "I love you." I said and kissed her cheek, before climbing back on stage. "I love you too!" I heard her shout, and I smiled. I grabbed my bass off of Luke and slipped it back over my shoulder, muttering a quick thank you before going back to my mic. "Im really sorry about that guys. But my lovely girlfriend decided to surprise me by being here tonight. Anyways! This is "Beside You"!"
*My POV*
That was everything I had hopes for and more. I honestly have the best boyfriend in the whole world. Now that he knows I'm here he sings directly to me and it makes my heart rate rise every time. I can't wait until after the show. I love him so much and I just want to be in his arms again! This was the best night ever! I hope Cal knows he's getting attacked with kisses after the show. I've waited so long for this. I'm finally back with the love of my life.
