At age eleven, Barry Allen saw his mother murdered by the impossible. Barry was peacefully asleep in bed one night until he was woken by his mother's cries and screams from downstairs. Barry ran down the stairs as fast as he could and to the living room. Barry saw red and yellow blurs surrounding his mom who was now on her knees crying for Barry to leave.
"Barry! Run!" His dad shouted, frantically, to Barry.
In a split second, Barry was twenty blocks away from his house. Barry ran to his house where he saw his dad in handcuffs being pushed into the back of a cop car, screaming for him not to go in the house. Disobeying his dad, Barry ran up the steps into his house to see hoards of police officers crowding his living room and a blue tarp that, obviously, had something under it. Curious, Barry got on his knees and lifted up the blue tarp only to see his mom, lifeless.
"Mom! Mom, wake up!" Barry yelled yearning for his mom to wake up.
His best friend's dad came over to him in his police uniform lowering down to his height. Covering up Barry's mom's corpse, hs best friend's dad, Joe, explained how Barry would be staying with him and his daughter, Iris, Barry's best friend, for a while.
15 YEARS LATER
With his mom gone and his dad in prison for life for a crime he didn't commit, Barry still live with Iris and Joe. Barry became a Forensic Scientist for the CSI division of the Central City Police Department (CCPD) working alongside Joe. Barry also has feelings for Iris, not the sisterly feelings, but the in love feelings. There's two problems, though, she doesn't know and she doesn't like him the same way.
Barry finished a case early so, Iris pleaded to Joe to go see the Particle Accelerator turn on with Barry. The Particle Accelerator is a machine that is going to change science forever and it was Barry's dream to see it turn on. Joe said yes, causing excitement to fill the room.
Later that night, Barry and Iris were close to the front of the crowds watching Barry's hero, Dr. Harrison Wells, speak about the Particle Accelerator. Barry was overwhelmed with joy, but that all changed when a mugger took Iris's bag. Barry ran through the crowds trying to catch up with the mugger. Barry and the mugger stopped. Barry tried to get the mugger to hand over Iris's bag, but got shoved into a wall instead. Iris had caught up to Barry at this point and watched the mugger go off with her bag. Out of nowhere, Detective Eddie Thawne, Joe's new partner, arrested the mugger and got Iris her bag back.
Back at the lab, Barry was cleaning up while watching the news on the Particle Accelerator. Thunder roared and lightning crackled through the sky. The news got frantic, the Particle Accelerator was going to blow. The power cut and Barry went to close a window when he was struck by lighting carrying unknown elements from the Particle Accelerator explosion. Barry was shot backward, pushing down the shelves of chemicals. Electricity flickered on him.
9 MONTHS LATER
Barry sprung up on a hospital bed, gasping. Two unknown people came rushing over to him. A girl with ginger hair and a dress on shined lights in his eyes.
"I need you to urinate in this." The ginger hair woman said holding up a metal can.
" Who are you? Where am I?" Barry asked, very confused.
"I'm Cisco, this is Caitlin. And you're at S.T.A.R Labs." A Columbian man with long black said gestering to the ginger haired woman.
"S.T.A.R Labs...What happened?" Barry asked in awe.
"You were struck by lightning dude," Cisco exclaimed.
Barry looked in the mirror and asked, "Lightning gave me abs? How long have I been out?"
"Nine months," Caitlin told him.
Barry's eyes widened. Dr. Wells wheeled into the room in his wheelchair the Particle Accelerator put him in. Barry tried to leave, but the three scientists told him to stay, but he disobeyed them and left to go find Iris and Joe.
Iris was ecstatic to see Barry again, but, while visiting Joe at the police station the weirdest thing happened to him. A criminal had his hands on a gun and Barry ran to stop him, but as he ran the world slowed down and he stopped the criminal. No one saw him move. Barry was frightened, so he went outside and his hand vibrated at superhuman speed. Barry ran as fast as he could at superhuman speed and ended up in a garbage truck.
Barry went to S.T.A.R Labs to show off his new ability. On Cisco's go, barry ran full speed down an empty plane runway and Ferris Air. Everyone was instantly amazed until Barry ran into barrels of water, hurting his wrist.
Back in S.T.A.R Labs Caitlin explained how Barry had broken his wrist, but it healed in three hours. Barry was amazed. Feeling comfortable around the three scientists, Barry told them about a new criminal who has shown evidence of having powers and how he wanted to stop him. Cisco was intrigued, Caitlin, not so much. Cisco showed Barry a suit he was designing for firefighters. This eventually became the Flash suit.
Barry used his newly found powers to stop meta-humans (people with powers) and stop other crimes from happening with the help of Joe, Caitlin, Cisco, and Dr. Wells. Joe had asked Barry to not tell Iris, thinking it would keep her safe. Barry was also fixed on solving his mom's murder and getting his dad out of prison. The murderer came as a surprise to everyone. It was Dr. Wells. Well, it was a man from the future, Eobard Thawne, in Dr. Wells's body. Dr. Wells kidnapped Iris's boyfriend, Eddie Thawne, and that's when Iris found out Barry was the Flash. The eventually got Eddie back, but he committed suicide to save everyone from Eobard Thawne, Eddie's great, great, great etc. grandson. Barry confessed his feeling about Iris to her, but she didn't like him back, which crushed Barry.

The last paragraph is really bad, I'm sorry, I was trying to sum up season 1. For this story, I will not follow the show. I will only use the characters from it and the settings. Also the story will now start at the time Season 3 will be in. The rest of the story will be in Barry's Pov.
