Kyle's POV

I couldn't stop staring at him. He was beautiful. His black wavy hair, dark tanned skin and blue eyes just, ugh. His name was Zachary and we met in my history class.
He had literally bumped into me and apologized with such a beautiful accent... This boy was perfect. He even knew sign language! I was ecstatic.
Keith had left to go talk to that Taylor person so I sat with Ty, Lisa Eden, and Zach.
"Are we all still up for exploring tomorrow?" Lisa asks. We all give a chorus of yeses.
"Eden we have a class now so, bye guys!" She drags Eden away.
"Now what?" Zach asks. Oh his Greek accent is heart melting. He smiles at me and I blush and look down.
I'm not sure. I sign.
"I've got a class in an hour so, would you like to watch TV or something in my dorm?" He asks. I smile and nod. He grabs my arm and starts walking. He doesn't pull his arm back and I don't stop him. Although it's hot out his touch is cool and nice to feel. We go into his door and his roommate isn't there.
I also found out that Eden owns an apartment from her parents and just put up an ad for two roommates, so Ty and Lisa don't have to live in the crappy dorms. Lucky. He throws himself onto his bed; or at least I assume his bed, and I stand there awkwardly.
Am I allowed to sit on your roommates bed? I sign to him. He chuckles.
"Just come sit with me." He smiles and pats beside him. I half smile back and walk towards him. He drags me down beside him.
"You're pretty awkward. But in like, a cute way." He says. I blush and stare at my lap.

"So you gotta explain this to me." He says after opening his laptop and clicking Netflix.
What?
"Keith wants to be a dancer, but only has one actual leg. How is that going to work?"
Keith has a very expensive prosthetic and as long as he takes the stress off of it for a couple hours a day he can move it just like a real like. Maybe not the foot, but he's pretty incredible. I explain. He nods.
"You and him are very close huh. My family doesn't talk to me anymore." He stares at his lap. Oh no, awkward scenario. Do I ask? Is that rude?
Why? It would be so much more difficult if I tried to voice it.
"Can I tell you something and you could like, not freak out?" He asks. I nod.
"I'm uh, I'm bisexual. When I had a boyfriend my parents freaked out and kicked me out. My boyfriend left because I was homeless, and I ended up going to live with a distant aunt who lives here in Cali. She found out last year, but I already had a scholarship here so I just kinda left." He plays with his thumbs. I hug him sideways. I don't remember my parents reaction, I'm not even sure if they know.
"Do you hate me?" His voice now sounds small, scared. The laptop has been forgotten about now. I shake my head quickly.
I'm gay. I admit. He then smiles. He hugs me tightly.
"I was so worried, you have no idea how relaxing that is." He admits. I nod into his shoulder.
"This weekend would you maybe want to go on a date?" He asks. I squeal inside and grin on the outside. I nod eagerly. He keeps his arm around me and we put on supernatural. I'm not a big fan of the show, but I don't mind because my body is still I'm shock that his arm is around me.
After the episode he has to go to class so I walk with him then say goodbye. I text Keith and ask where he is. I do the same to Ty, Lisa, and Eden. I still have until later tonight for my last class which is cooking.

Ty is the only one available to hang out so I leave campus and agree to meet up with him at the park around the corner.
"Hey man." He greets casually.
Hi.
"Whats with the sudden meetup?" We just start to walk to no general area.
Boredom. Anything new? I ask.
"I saw you two hours ago dude. I think you just missed me." He teases. I smile and shake my head.
"Whens your next class?" He asks.
Later tonight, around 6 I think. I answer. He nods.

"Come on. I want to show you something." He says. I nod and he quickens his pace. I have to jog to keep up. I think he's around 6'4? I could be wrong. He's probably taller.
"Right you're a midget. Hop on my back." He sees my hesitant look.
"Don't worry bro I got you." He chuckles. I walk over to his crouched down form and jump on his back. He holds just under my knees and I wrap my arms around his neck.
"I feel like I'm carrying a child. You don't remember, but back in Michigan we were kind of like brothers. Sorry if I still kind of act like that." He says. I awkwardly hold my hands in front of him.
I don't mind. It's nice having a kind of older brother. He chuckles.
Where are we going? I ask.
"Surprise." He grins. I roll my eyes and rest my head on his shoulder. I'm surprised he can still hold me, he's very lanky.
A couple minutes later and we're at our destination.
