Chapter 3: Meeting Jack

Percy's POV

Since it was PE next, for all of us, we all changed into our PE attire and headed for the gym. While walking there, Annabeth was catching up with Katie in front of us while I was catching up with the Stolls. It had been a long time since I was back at camp, I was considering going back to camp tomorrow.

Suddenly, I spotted a familiar figure heading towards us. It was Jack, the school's most famous player. Word was that he had dated almost every girl in this school already. I despised him, he was despicable. He just made use of the girl's feelings to get what he himself wants, then dump the girl a day or two later. Seeing the glint in his eyes, I knew he saw Annabeth and Katie and was making them his next target. As he approached them, I pushed forward.

"Hey, girls. Wow, both perfect beauties! What's your name, I'm Jack, the captain of the football team. Let's go to the movies after school!" Jack flirted with them, already trying to hook up with them.

No way was I going to let him hurt Annabeth. I could see that Travis as thinking the same.

"Hey. She's my girlfriend already, so get away from her!" I yelled.

"Get away from Katie, she's my girlfriend!" Travis exclaimed.

"Well, well. Who do we have here? Jackson and New guy. Seriously, it's so obvious that both of them are wanting to ditch you both losers and come to me. Afterall, I'm way better than you two. They're so out of your league, more like in my league!" Jack smirked.

Before he knew it, Annabeth had judo-flipped him while Katie went over to him, smirking and crossing her arms. He lay on the ground, wincing in pain.

"Never. Ever. Try. To. Hit. On. Us. Ever. Again. If you do, I swear, you'll be in more pain than you have ever experienced. We are way capable of doing that to you. Also, next time you try to two-time us, be less obvious please." Katie spat, turning around and walking away sassily, flipping her hair at him.

"That was just a minimum of what I could do. Try that again, you'll regret your very existence, I swear. And also, Percy told me stories about you, you seriously disgust me. Oh, and Percy is the best boyfriend ever, both him and Travis are way, way better than you. By far. Now, get out of my sight before I do more damage to you." Annabeth warned, glaring at him fiercely.

She pushed in front of Jack, and too walked away sassily.

"You be warned, Jackson. Right now, I want her and whatever I want, I will get." Jack turned to me, smirking.

Huh, I thought, never in your dreams. I turned around and followed the others.

Jack's POV

That girl will soon leave Percy and come to me, I know it. Why, I'm so much better than Percy! I'm the captain of the football team, so much better than a captain of a swim team! Also, I'm way better looking than him. When I flash my signature smile at the girls, they all can't resist me! That girl is just naturally gorgeous! A hot girl with me, the hottest guy ever, we're perfect for each other. Just you wait Jackson, just you wait, that girl will be mine soon.

"Hey Jack, I saw what you did just now! Say, why don't we work together to break them up! I will have Percy, you will have that Annabeth!" Nikki came up to me and proposed.

I agreed instantly. Such a perfect name for a perfect girl! She will be mine soon, with Nikki and I working together. *Evil laughter* Nikki and I arranged to hang out after school to make a perfect plan.

However, now I have to go for PE. I hope Annabeth is in my class so I can show her my perfect physical abilities! She will be all too stunned when I show her how fit I am, she will immediately ditch Jackson!*Evil laughter again*
