Chapter 72

Mallory's POV

It is true that you do learn something every day and today I have learned that Nick Carter from the Backstreet Boys is the one person you never ever take with you when you are going to visit the doctor to find out if you really are pregnant we had been waiting for about twenty five minutes and those were the longest of my life, First he picked up a model of um lady parts and started playing with it and he said "I didn't know they had toys here." When I told him what it was he dropped it and it broke that was embarrassing. After that he started making faces and playing with the babies only to get looks from their mothers then it gets worse when Nick decides to play twenty questions "So were you and Grant trying for a baby?" "Um no we weren't." For a few minutes he was quiet then he ask another question "Do you have sex a lot?" I can slowly feel the heat rushing to my face "Yes Nick we do." He goes quiet again and I almost die on the third question he comes up with "Were you being safe?" "Yes Nick." Then God smiled down on me because the doctor finally called me back and I couldn't have been happier to actually see a doctor.

Kevin's POV

Vanessa falls asleep while I'm humming softly to her and while she does that I'm left alone with my thoughts I still haven't told her about the decision I have made and I know that I need to tell her. Every day was getting closer and closer to our baby girl being girl and I still had no idea on what baby name we were going to use for her. I wanted to get Vanessa something special since she was starting to have mood swings now but I wasn't exactly sure on what to get her I had heard a lot about those pregnancy body pillow things maybe she would like one of those. We would be going home next week back to our house and back to Blade I knew she would feel a little better once she was back in her own bed but she was having a good time here at my home and I was thrilled that she was happy here maybe we could visit here more often once the baby was born my mom would love that and I would too I miss this place but as long as I am with Vanessa I'm happy no matter where we are.

Mallory's POV

Everything went well at the doctor except for the embarrassing moments in the waiting room and it turns out I'm actually two months pregnant and I definitely know when it happened it was that night at my house after I had gone to Victoria's Secret with Vanessa I guess I should have seen that one coming while we are getting in my car Nick looks over at me "So did everything go okay back there?" I smile and I know he is trying even though he is being kind of awkward about it "Yeah everything is okay I'm actually two months along." He nods his head "Congrats on the baby then." "Thanks Nick you know it doesn't have to be weird right?" He shrugs his shoulders "Yeah I know maybe once we hang out more it won't be so bad." "Well I don't know how much fun you would have hanging out with a pregnant person." "I'm sure we can think of a few things. I laugh and when we get back to our house we go our separate ways I get out and he starts walking over to his car then turns around "Can't wait to do that again it was fun. "Yeah it was." He gets in his car and drives off then I walk in the house and put my keys on the table and I'm greeted by three barking and yipping balls of fur Hades beating Jett and Blade to me.

Grant's POV

One week down one more to go I could do this all I had to do was make it through one more week and then I could go back home, I would get to see her again and have her in my arms I could finally start sleeping well again and I was still wondering what my surprise was going to be I was kind of hoping it would be something from Victoria's Secret because her last one didn't make it sadly and I really liked that one another plus about going home I would get to see my little buddy Jett I missed my little ball of fur and I wondered if he missed me too I run my hand through my hair then let out a groan I am so ready to be back home.
